Abstract
본 발명은 일반적을 보일러 시스템에서 부식을 억제하는 것, 더욱 상세하게는 용존 산소를 제거하며 금속표면을 표면안정화시키기 위해 보일러 물을 처리하는 것에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 하이드라진 및 카보하이드라지드에 대한 아세트알데히드 카보하이드라존의 표면 안정화 효능을 비교한 것이다.
제2도는 하이드라진에 대한 아세트알데히드 카보하이드라존의 분해를 도시한 것이다.
Claims (12)
- 알카리성 pH인 보일러 물에 하기 일반식 1), 2) 및 3)의 카보하이드라존 화합물 그룹으로부터 선택된 카보하이드라존 화합물 하나 이상을 산소 제거량으로 첨가함을 특징으로 하여, 상기 보일러로부터 용존 산소를 제거하는 방법.상기식에서, R1내지 R8은 독립적으로, 수소, 알킬 그룹, 치환된 알킬 그룹, 아릴 그룹, 및 치환된 아릴 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있에서, 카보하이드라존을 용존 산소 몰당 0.05몰 이상의 수준으로 가하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 보일러 물을 탈기 단계에 적용시켜 용존 산소 수준을 낮추고 탈기 후 보일러 물에 카보하이드라존을 가하여 잔류하는 용존 산소를 제거하는 방법.
- 제1차 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카보하이드라존을 산화-환원 촉매와 함께 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카보하이드라존을 아세트알데히드 카보하이드라존, 디하이드록시아세톤 카보하이드라존, 메틸 테트라존, 디메텔테트라존, 하이드록시메틸 테트라존 및 디하이드록시메틸 테트라존으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택하는 방법.
- 카보하이드라존을 기준으로 하여 산화-환원 반응을 수행할수 있는 촉매 0. 2 내지 약20중량%와 함께 용존산소 몰딩 카보하이드라존 0. 5몰 이상을 보일러 물에 첨가하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 알칼리성 pH인 보일러 물로부터 용존 산소를 제거하고 보이럴 표면을 표면안정화하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 촉매를 구리, 하이드로퀴논, 코발트 및 디에틸하이드록실아민으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택하는 방법.
- 하기 일반식 a) 및 b)로 이루어진 카보하이드라존 화합물 그룹으로부터 선택된, 알칼리성 pH의 보일러 물로부터 용존 산소를 제거하기 위한 화합물.상기식에서 R1내지 R4는 각각 수소, 알킬 그룹, 치환된 알킬 그룹, 아릴 그룹, 및 치환된 아릴 그룹이다.
- 제8항에 있어서, 메틸 테트라존인 화합물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 디메틸 테트라존인 화합물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 하이드록시메틸 테트라존인 화합물.
