본 발명에서는 카카스 조인트 부위에 섬유질 망사코드를 버트 조인트하고, 섬유질 망사코드의 원료로는 나일론이나 폴리에스터등이 사용되며 형태는 직사각형, 정사각형 또는 마름모형으로 하여 카카스 부위를 보강한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 타이어의 카카스 조인트 부위에 있어서, 망사형 섬유에 접착성과 그린 강도가 우수한 고무를 압착하여 피복한 섬유질 망사코드를 카카스 조인트 부위의 상부면에 부착시킴을 특징으로 하는 공기압 타이어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유질 망사코드는 나일론이나 폴리에스터로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기압 타이어.
  3. 제1,2항에 있어서, 섬유질 망사코드는 정사각형, 직사각형, 혹은 마름모형으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기압 타이어.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기고무는 천연고무와 합성고무의 무게비를 80/20~100/0으로 하고, 카본블랙은 N330,N326이나 N550을 40~80phr의 함량으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 공기압 타이어.
