Abstract

본 발명은 폴리에스테르 성분 및 반응 매질로서 불포화 에스테르 성분의 혼합물 중의 불포화 단량체들의 공중합에 의한 히드록시 관능성 공중합체의 무용매 제조방법, 이 방법으로 얻어진 히드록시 관능성 공중합체의 폴리우레탄 분말 코팅 중의 결합제 성분으로서의 용도, 이들 공중합체 기재 분말 코팅 및 임의의 내열성 기판에 코팅하기 위한 이들의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. a) A)12이하의 산가에서 히드록실가가 약 40내지 약 180이고, 유리 전이 온도가 약 - 40내지 약 80℃인 폴리에스테르 폴리올 1종 이상 약 5내지 약 30중량부, 및 B)(시클로)알킬기 중의 탄소 원자수가 1내지 12인 올레핀계 불포화 말레산 디(시클로)알킬 에스테르 약 1내지 약 10중량부로 이루어진 혼합물을 약 130내지 약 200℃의 중합온도가지 가열하고, b) a)에서 얻은 혼합물에 C) (1)메틸 메타크릴레이트 0내지 약 70중량부, (2) (시클로)알킬기중의 탄소원자수가 2내지 18인 아크릴산 및 (또는) 메타크릴산의 (시클로) 알킬 에스테르 1종 이상 0내지 약 60중량부, (3)방향족 비닐 1종 이상 약 10내지 약 60중량부, (4) (ⅰ)히드록시알킬기 중의 탄소 원자수가 2내지 6인 아크릴산 및(또는) 메타크릴산의 히드록시알킬 에스테르, 및(또는) (ⅱ)분자량이 500 이하인, (ⅰ)의 에스케르 1종이상과 ε-카프로락톤의 반응 생성물 약 6내지 약 40중량부, 및 (5)올레핀계 불포화 카르복실산 0내지 약 5중량부로 이루어진 단량체 혼합물(여기서, (1), (2), (3), (4) 및 (5)의 중량부의 합은 100임) 약 42내지 약 93. 5중량부, 및 d)라디칼 중합 개시제 약 0.5내지 약8중량부(여기서, A), B), C) 및 D)의 합은 100임)를 약 13내지 약 200℃의 온도에서 첨가하는 것으로 이루어진, 용매 부재하에 단량체들의 라디칼 개시 공중합에 의한 히드록시 관능성 공중합체의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, A) 약 5내지 약 25중량부, B) 약 1내지 약 5중량부, C) 약 64내지 약 93중량부 및 D)약 1내지 약 6중량부가 사용되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단량체 혼합물 C)가 (1)메틸 메타크릴레이트 약 15내지 약 55중량부, (2)탄소 원자수가 2내지 18인 아크릴산 및(또는) 메타크릴산의 알킬 에스테르 0내지 약 40중량부, (3)스티렌 약 10내지 약 45중량부, (4)히드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트 및(또는) 히드록시프로필 메타크릴레이트 약 10내지 약 30중량부, 및 (5)아크릴산 및(또는) 메타크릴산 0내지 약 3중량부(여기서, (1), (2), (3), (4) 및 (5)의 중량부이 합은 100임)로 이루어진 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 단계 a) 및 b)의 각각의 중합 온도가 약 140내지 약 180℃ 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 개시제 d)가 과산화물 기재 개시제인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a) 및 b)의 각각의 중합 온도가 약 140내지 약 180℃인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 개시제 D)가 과산화물 기재 개시제인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 개시제 D)가 과산화물 기재 개시제인 방법.
  9. 제1항 기재의 히드록시 관능성 공중합체와 폴리이소시아네이트를 혼합하는것으로 이루어진 분말 코팅의 제조방법.
  10. a)제1항 기재의 방법으로 제조한 히드록시 관능성 공중합체, b)봉쇄되거나 또는 봉쇄되지 않을 수 있는 폴리이소시아네이트 1종 이상, 및 임의로 c)보조제 및 첨가제로 이루어진 분말 코팅.
  11. 제10항 기재의 분말 코팅으로 코팅된 내열성 기판인 코팅 제품.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 내열성 기판이 자동차 부품인 코팅 제품.
