Abstract

세탁겸 탈수조를 구비한 세탁기에 있어서, 탈수 공정의 저감함과 동시에 탈수 효율을 향상시킨 세탁기 및 세탁 방법을 제공하는 것을 목정으로 한다.
세탁 종료후 배수 공정에서 일전 수위를 감수된 때에 내조(3)을 일정 시간 고속(800rpm)으로 회전시키고, 그후배수가 종료할 때까지 저속으로, 예를 들면 정상 탈수시의 1/3회전수로 회전시키고, 배수가 종료한 시점에서 다시 내조(3)을 고속 회전시켜 탈수 한다. 또 내조(3)의 내주에 형성된 둘레벽(3D)와 둘레벽(3D) 사이에 형성된 홈(3C)의 테이퍼를 1/60 내지 1/40로 하고, 둘레벽(3D)와 홈 (3C)의 테이퍼에 차를두고, 또 홈 (3C)의 테이퍼는 둘레벽(3D)의 테이퍼보다 크게 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 세탁겸 탈수조(내조) 내로 급수해서 회전 날개를 회전시키는 세탁(헹굼) 공정과 이후 세탁수를 배수하여 상기 내조를 고속 회전시키는 탈수 공정을 구비한 세탁기에 있어서, 적어도 상단을 제외한 둘레벽에 구멍이 없는 내조나 또는 무공벽의 내조에서 내조와 내조 상단부에 설치된 균형 장치 사이에 설치된 탈수 틈새를 갖는 탈수회전 가능한 내조를 구비하고, 상기 배수 공정 중에 일정 수위로 감수된 후 배수를 계속하면서 내조를 회전 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배수중인 내조를 소정 시간 정상(고속) 회전후 배수가 종료할 때까지 저속 회전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기.
  3. 세탁겸 탈수조(내조) 내로 급수해서 회전 날개를 회전시키는 세탁(헹굼) 공정과 이후 세탁수를 배수하여 상기 내조를 고속 회전시키는 탈수 공정을 구비한 시탁기에 있어서, 적어도 상단을 제외한 둘레벽에 구멍이 없는 내조나 또는 무공벽의 내조에서 내조와 내조 상단부에 설치된 균형 장치 사이에 설치된 탈수 틈새를 갖는 탈수 회전 가능한 내조를 구비하고, 상기 내조의 상하 방향에 설치한 복수의 홈과 둘레벽과의 테이퍼에 차를 두고, 또 둘레벽의 테이퍼보다 홈의 테이퍼쪽을 크게 하고, 상기 홈 및 둘레벽의 테이퍼를 1/60 내지 1/40로 형성한것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내조의 둘레벽에 형성한 홈의 수를 N, 그 폭을 L, 내조의 반경을 R이라 할때, 홈의 전체 폭 NL은 내조의 원주2πR에 대해 NL2πR/9(양자의 비가 1:9이상)으로 되도록 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기.
