Abstract

폴리올레핀의 용융강도 증가제와 폴리올레핀 및 극성 폴리머 혼합물의 상용화제로서 유용한 것으로 알려져 있는, 비교적 분자량이 높은 폴리(메타크릴레이트)단편들을 가진 폴리올레핀의 단편 코폴리머는 PVC의 플럭스로의 전환시간 단축, 사출 성형에서 요구되는 온도 및 압력의 감소 및 ABS의 용융강도의 향상과 같은, 극성 폴리머의 가공특성을 개선하는데 있어서 약 1내지 약 15중량%의 수준에서 유용하다는 것이 본 발명에 의해 알게 되었다.

Claims (10)

  1. 하기 단계 a) 및 b)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 극성 수지의 가공 개선방법 : a) 극성 수지를, 1)중량 평균분자량이 약 50,000내지 1,000,000인 비-극성, 비-고무질 폴리올레핀과; 2) 적어도 약 80%의 알킬,아릴, 치환된 알킬, 치환된 아릴, 알크아릴 또는 치환된 메타크릴레이트 에스테르와, 이들과 공중합되는 약 20%미만의 아크릴계 또는 스티렌계 모노모러부터 유되는 폴리머로써 중량 평균 분자량이 20,000내지 약 200,000인 폴리머의 단편들로 구성되는 단편 폴리머 약 1 내지 약 15phr와 혼합하는 단계 ; b)이 혼합물을 교반하면서 혼합물이 플럭스되는 온도로 가열하는 단계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌 또는 이의 코폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 극성 수지의 가공 개선방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메타크릴레이트 에스테르가 멜틸메타크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 극성수지의 가공 개선방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 극성 플리머는 플리(비닐 클로라이드) 또는 비닐 클로라이드로부터 유도된 단위를 적어도 80중량% 갖는 코폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 극성수지의 가공 개선방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 극성 폴리머가 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 극성 수지의 가공 개선방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 극성 폴리머가 주쇄내에 아릴 그룹을 함유하는 엔지니어링 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 극성 수지의 가공 개선방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수지가 폴리아릴레이트, 폴리술폰, 폴리(에테르 술폰) 또는 폴리(에테르 이미드)인 것을 특징으로 하는 극성 수지의 가공 개선방법.
  8. (1)중량 평균 분자량이 약 50,000 및 1,000,000인 비극성 폴리올레핀과; (2) 적어도 약 80%의 알킬, 아릴, 치환된 알킬, 치환된 아릴, 알크아릴, 또는 치환된 메타크릴레이트 에스테르와, 이들과 공중합 되는 약 20% 미안의 아크릴계 또는 스티렌계 모노머로부터 유도되는 폴리머로써, 중량 평균분자량이 약 20,000내지 약 200,000인 폴리머의 단편들로 구성되는 단편 폴리머 약 1 내지 약 15phr와, 주쇄내에 아릴그룹을 함유하는 엔지니어링 수지로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 엔지니어링 수지가 액정폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
  10. 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 엔지니어링 수지가 폴리아릴레이트, 폴리술폰, 폴리(에테르 술폰) 또는 폴리 (에테르이미드)인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
