Abstract

팽창가능한 안전장치의 반응통에 사용되는 연속적인 외주를 지니 디퓨져관이다.
이 디퓨져관은 단일 편, 두개의 편, 그리고 조개형으로 구성되어 동일한 기가능을 할 수 있지만 조개형의 디퓨저관이 보다 널리 사용된다. 디퓨저관에는 반응통을 차량의 계기판에 설치할 수 있도록 부착용 브래킷이 형성되어 있으며, 이것은 팽창가능한 백 혹은 보호용 쿠션을 위한 신뢰높은 부착성과 팽창기 설치의 안전성을 제공한다. 디퓨져관은 팽창기를 완전히 에워싸고 최종 단계에서 조립이 이루어지도록 설계되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 다른 에어 백 모듈울용 반응통과 디퓨져관이 일체인 외형을 도시한 사시도, 제2도는 일체로 형성된 반응통의 상부 및 하부 패널과 연속적인 외주를 지닌 단일 편의 디퓨져관을 도시하는 제1도의 2-2선을 따라 취한 단면도, 제3도는 디퓨져관내에 팽창기의 반응통 외측 부터 제1도에 도시된 반응통이 조립되는 순서를 도시한 전개도.

Claims (20)

  1. 상부 패널과 하부 패널을 구비한 반응통과, 디퓨저 부분과 캡 부분으로 구성된 디퓨져관을 포함하며, 상기 디퓨저 부분과 캡 부분중 최소한 하나 이상이 상기 반응통의 상기 상부패널 및 하부 패널에 일체형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창가능한 자동차용 안전장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디퓨져 관에 부착된 브래킷 수단으로 이루어진 차량에 장착시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창가능한 자동차용 안전장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디퓨져관의 상기 캡 부분에 부착된 브래킷 수단으로 이루어진 차량에 장착시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창가능한 자동차용 안전장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디퓨져관은 연속된 외주를 지닌 단일 편으로 구성된 디퓨져관인 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창가능한 자동차용 안전장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디퓨져관은 연속된 외주를 지닌 두개의 편으로 구성된 디퓨져관인 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창가능한 자동차용 안전장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 디퓨져관의 상기 디퓨져 부분은 상기 반응통의 상기 상부 및 하부 패널과 일체형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창가능한 자동차용 안전장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 디퓨져관의 상기 캡 부분은 상기 반응통의 상부 및 하부 패널 부분과 일체형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창가능한 자동차용 안전장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디퓨져관은 각각의 대향하는 측면을 구비하고 그 측면에서 대응 플랜지가 연장하는 두개의 독자적인 부분으로 구성된 조개형인 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창가능한 자동차용 안전장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 디퓨져관의 상기 두개의 독자적인 부분은 동일한 구조를 가지며, 상기 대응 플랜지들은 서로 직접 대향하면서 연정하며 상기 반응통의 상기 상부 및 하부 패널에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창 가능한 자동차용 안전장치.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 디퓨져관은 변형된 조개형인 것으로서 상기 디퓨저관의 상기 두 부분은 동일하지 않은 구조를 가지며, 상기 대응 플랜지들을 후방으로 각이져 상기 반응통의 상기 상부 및 하부 패널에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창가능한 자동차용 안전장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 디퓨져관의 상기 캡 부분은 복합적으로 사용될 수 있도록 증가된 가스 유동량을 위해 확대되며, 그리고 상기 디퓨져 부분은 강도를 증가시키도록 캡 부분의 재질보다 더 무거운 게이지 재질로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창가능한 자동차용 안전장치.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응통의 상기 상부 패널 및 하부 패널은 각각 제1연부와 제2연부를 구비하며, 상기 디퓨져관은 제1단부와 제2부분을 구비하며, 상기 반응통은 상기 디퓨져관 각각의 상기 제1 및 제2단부와 함께 상기 반응통내에 공동을 형성시카는 상기 상부 패널 및 상기 하부 패널의 상기 제1연부와 상기 제2연부에 대해 각각 접촉하여 자리한 제1단부판 및 제2단부판과, 상기 반응통의 상기 동공내에 수용되며 상기 디퓨져관과 상호 연관지어 위치시켜 그곳에 팽창 가스의 유동을 위해 유입구를 구비하며 상기 유입구에 근접한 위치가 상기 디퓨져관에 부착된 팽창가능한 백과, 상기 디퓨져관에 삽입되도록 제1단부 및 제2단부와 상기 디퓨져관 내에서 구속시키도록 각 단부에 형성된 지지수단을 구비한 세장형의 팽창기를 포함하며, 상기 디퓨져관의 제2단부와 인접한 상기 제2 단부판의 일부는 상기 반응통의 상기 공동내에 수용된 상기 팽창가능한 백과 함께 조립시 최종단계로서 반응통 및 디퓨져관 바깥에서 상기 팽창기를 상기 디퓨져관내의 연관된 곳으로 삽입시킬 수 있도록 절단되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창가능한 자동차용 안전장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 디퓨져관은 상기 팽창가능한 백내의 팽창 가스 유입구와 내통하도록 배치되고 축방향으로 이격된 팽창가스 분출 슬롯을 구비한 디퓨져 부분을 포함하며, 상기 팽창기는 상기 디퓨져관과 동일 축삭에 삽입되며 팽창기 각각의 대향하는 측면에는 팽창가스가 그곳에서 유동하도록 축방향으로 이격된 여러개의 종방향으로 열을 지어 배치된 배출 구멍이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 팽창기는 스러스트 중립인 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창가능한 자동차용 안전장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 디퓨져관의 상기 디퓨져 부분에 축방향으로 이격되어 형성된 팽창가스 분출 슬롯에 대해 상기 팽창기의 각 위치를 선정하기 위한 수단을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창가능한 자동차용 안전장치.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 디퓨져관의 상기 디퓨져 부분에 축방향으로 이격되어 형성된 팽창 가스 분출 슬롯에 대해 상기 팽창기의 각 위치를 선정하기 위한 수단은 상기 디퓨져관의 제1단부에 인접한 상기 제1단부판에 형성된 키이 슬롯과 함께 구멍을 포함하며, 상기 팽창기의 제1단부에 위치한 지지수단은 상기 제2단부판의 외면과 맞물리도록 작동되는 플랜지이며, 상기 팽창기의 제2단부에 위치한 지지수단은 상기 제1단부판에 형성된 키이 슬롯과 구멍에 대응되는 형상을 지닌 나사가 형성된 키이 스트드이며, 너트는 상기 팽창기의 상기 단부상에 상기 나사가 형성된 크기의 스트드에 체결되어 죄어지며, 그리고 상기 팽창기는 상기 제1단부판과 제2단부판 사이의 상기 디퓨져관 내에서 상기 디퓨져관에 대해 상기 팽창기는 각 변이를 가지고 감금되기 대문에 상기 디퓨져 부분에 형성된 상기 팽창 가스 분출 슬롯에 대해 팽창기에 형성되고 종방향의 열을 지어 배치된 배출 구멍의 각 위치는 상기 반응통의 제1단부판에 형성된 구멍내의 키이 슬롯의 각 변이에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창가능한 자동차용 안전장치.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 디퓨져관의 길이는 상기 팽창기의 길이보다 더 길며, 상기 디퓨져관의 상기 디퓨져 부분은 그곳에 형성된 제1 및 제2 이격된 팽창기 구속 슬롯을 또한 포함하며, 상기 팽창기의 제1 및 제2양단부에 위치한 상기 팽창기용 지지수단은 플랜지이며, 그 두께는 상기 디퓨져 부부에 형성된 상기 팽창기의 구속 슬롯의 두께와 일치하며, 그리고 상기 디퓨져에 형성된 상기 팽창기 구속 슬롯들 사이의 간격은 상기 팽창기의 상기 플랜지들 사이의 간격과 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창가능한 자동차용 안전장치.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 디퓨져관의 상기 디퓨져 부분에 형성된 상기 축방향으로 이격된 팽창 가스 분출 슬롯들에 대해 상기 팽창기의 상대 각 변이를 선정하기 위해 상기 디퓨져관의 상기 디퓨져 부분내의 최소한 하나 이상의 상기 팽창기 구속 슬롯상에 형성된 홈과, 상기 팽창기의 최소한 하나 이상의 상기 플랜지의 외주부상에 형성된 대응 돌기부로 구성된 수단을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창가능한 자동차용 안전장치.
  18. 자동차의 계기판에 설치된 팽창 가스 분출 슬롯이 형성된 디퓨져 부분과 캡부분 각각은 대향하는 측면과 그 측면에서 연장하는 대응 플랫지를 구비한 조개형의 디퓨져관과, 상기 디퓨져관의 상기 디퓨져 부분에 대응하여 접힌 상태로 위치하며, 상기 디퓨져 부분에 형성된 상기 팽창 가스 슬롯에 대해 내통하도록 배치되고, 그 외주부는 상기 대응 플랜지 사이에서 구속되도록 상기 플랜지 사이에 배치된 팽창 가스 유입구를 구비한 팽창가능한 백과, 상기 디퓨져관의 동일 축상에서 상기 디퓨져관 내에 위치한 세장형의 팽창기와, 상기 팽창기를 상기 디퓨져관내에 안전하게 체결시키는 수단과, 그리고 상기 플랜지 부분의 상기 대응 플랜지와 상기 캡 부분을 그 사이에 클램핑된 상기 팽창가능한 백의 상기 외주부와 함게 체결시키기 위해, 그리고 상기 디퓨져관과 팽창가능한 백을 반응통내에 조립되도록 장착 시키기 위해 상기 대응 플랜지와 상기 팽창가능한 백의 상기 외주부를 관통하여 연자하는 스트드로 이루어진 수단들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창가능한 안전장치의 반응통
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 디퓨져의 상기 캡 부분의 대응 플랜지 각각은 접혀 있으며, 그리고 상기 팽창 가스 유입구의 상기 외주부는 상기 캡 부분의 상기 대응 플랜지의 요각부 위아래로 접혀 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창 가능한 안전장치의 반응통.
  20. 상부 패널과 하부 패널을 구비한 반응통과, 디퓨져 부분과 캡 부분을 구비하며, 디퓨져관의 각 부분은 대향하는 측면과 그 측면에서 연장하는 대응 플랜지를 구비한 조개형의 디퓨져관과, 상기 디퓨져관의 각 부분의 측면중 인접한 한 측면상에 있는 대응 플랜지를 상기 반응통의 상기 상부 패널에 연결시키는 제1수단과, 상기 디퓨져관의 각 부분의 측면중 인접한 다른 측면상에 있는 대응 플랜지를 상기 반응통의 상기 하부 패널에 연결시키는 제2수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창 가능한 자동차용 안전장치.
