Abstract

본 발명은 병, 캔, 사각팩, 담배와 같이 각기 다른 상품을 하나의 자동판매기내의 상온, 온장, 냉장실에서 저장하며 자동판매기할 수 있도록 한 자동판매기의 관한 것으로 내실(2)의 각 선반(4)상에 안내테이프(9)의 파지포켓(91)(92)에 연쇄상으로 삽입된 일반상품과 컵상품을 배출구(321)까지 수평안내하고 판매구(53)(54)까지 수직안내하여 컵상품에는 온수를 공급하는 수단으로 테이프와인더(31), 배출기(32), 컵상품판매기(33), 에리베이터(34), 온수기(35) 및 구동축(36)을 후레임(301)내에 설치된 기계기구모듈(3)을 내실(2)의 수직중앙에 설치하며 수직분할하며 단연판넬(107)을 내실(2)에서 상온격실(202),(203), 온장격실(204),(205), 냉장격실(206),(207) 및 하부격실(208)로 수평분할하여 각 격실에 저장온도가 다른 상품을 저장시키고 상기 후레임(301)과 측면판넬(104)(105)에서 상품의 높이에 따라 위치가 조절되는 선반(4)과 상품의 직경에 따라 배출구(321)의 배출판(322)을 교체 가능하도록 하는 한편 장입문(5)의 투명창(52)내부로 회전판(61)이 90°회전할때마다 쫄대(613)에 도시된 광고와 내부의 상품 저장상태를 식별가능토록 하는 광고모듈(6)을 구성시켜 온도나 크기가 다른 다양한 상품을 판매할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 내실(2)의 각 선반(4)상에 안내테이프(9)의 파지포켓(91)(92)에 연쇄상으로 삽입된 일반상품과 컵상품을 배출구(321)까지 수평 안내하고 판매구(53)(54)까지 수직안내하여 컵상품에는 온수를 공급하는 수단으로 테이프와인더(31), 배출기(32), 컵상품판매기(33), 에리베이터(34), 온수기(35) 및 구동축(36)을 후레임(301)내에 설치된 기계기구모듈(3)을 내실(2)의 수직중앙에 설치하여 수직 분할하며 단연판넬(107)을 사용하여 내실(2)를 상온격실(202)(203), 온장격실(204)(205), 냉장격실(206)(207) 및 하부격실(208)로 수평 분할하여 각 격실에 저장온도가 다른 상품을 저장시키고 상기 후레임(301)과 측면판넬(104)(105)에서 상품의 높이에 따라 위치가 조절되는 선반(4)과 상품의 직경에 따라 배출구(321)의 배출판(322)을 교체 가능하도록 하는 한편 장입문(5)의 투명창(52)내부로 회전판(61)이 90°회전할 때마다 쫄대(613)에 도시된 광고와 내부의 상품 저장상태를 식별가능토록 하는 광고모듈(6)을 구성시켜 온도나 크기가 다른 다양한 상품의 판매가 가능한 자동판매기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상품을 선반(4)상에서 연쇄상으로 이어 부정위로 밀집저장한후 배출구(321)까지 차례로 안내하며 상품만 배출통(326)에 낙하시키도록 박판의 테이프를 접착하거나 절면하여 상품을 파지하는 동시에 하부면이 개방된 다수의 파지포켓(91)(92)을 갖고 연결고리(93)로서 잇거나 페어낼수 있도록 하는 안내테이프(9)를 구성시킨 자동판매기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 와인더기어(313)의 중심에 고정된 와인더(312)의 수직중심에 회전축(319)을 삽입하고 상기 와인더기어(313)의 외곽 원주상에 단속기어(314)가 맞물리도록 하는 연결로드(315)가 회전축(319)과 단속기어(314) 축사이를 연결하며 상기 단속기어(314)축과 연결된 솔레노이드(316)가 와인더기어(313)와 구동기어(361)사이에 단속기어(314)를 진입시켜 와인더(312)가 안내테이프(9)를 감아 보관하고 재사용시 풀리도록하는 테이프 와인더(31)를 구성시킨 자동판매기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 배출구(321)의 외곽과 수직이 되는 로울러(323)와 스위치(325)를 갖는 스톱퍼(324)가 안내테이프(9)의 삽지포켓(91)(92)에 삽입되어 이동되는 상품을 막아 상기 배출구(321)로 낙하시키고 상품의 형상에 따라 배출판(322)을 교체함으로 다양한 상품을 판매할 수 있도록 하는 배출기(32)를 구성시킨 자동판매기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 호퍼(331)하부에 회전디스크(332)가 설치되며 디스크축 (332A)에 제네바(333)을 설치하여 모타(335)축에 연결된 드라이버(333A)가 1회전할때 마다 제네바(333)와 연동되는 회전디스크(332)는 90°만 회전되도록 하여 양측의 호퍼(331)에서 컵안내기(332B)에 낙하된 컵을 컵상품 판매구(53)로 이동시켜 온수공급노즐(334)이 컵상품 봉입부분을 천공하여 온수를 공급할 수 있도록 한 컵상품 판매기(33)를 구성시킨 자동판매기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 지지봉(334A)에 삽입되어 스프링(334C)의 탄성을 받는 온수공급노즐(334)에 한쌍의 솔레노이드(336)(336A)를 수직 연결하여 연동케하고 하단에 접점스위치(335A)를 갖는 스프링(334D)를 설치하여 노즐(334)이 1단계 하강하면 스프링(334D)이 컵상품의 봉입부분을 만나 누를때만 압축되어 접점스위치(335A)를 접속시켜 컵상품의 유무가 감지하고 컵상품이 컵안내기(332B)에 정위치하도록 정열시키고 솔레노이드(336A)를 2단계 하강시켜 끝이 봉입부분을 천공하여 삽입된 후 온수를 안전하게 공급할 수 있도록 한 온수노즐(334)을 구성시킨 자동판매기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 한쌍의 쫄대(613)수직중심 일단을 커플링(611)으로 ＋자 연결하고 양단에 회전축(612)을 설치한 다수의 회전판(61)을 후레임(601)에 일정간격으로 가설하여 투명창(52)과 대응하는 광고면을 형성하며 상기 커플링(611)을 중심으로 하여 상하에 트랙 형상의 궤적을 따라 회전하는 체인(623) 일적에 로울러(63)를 설치하여 체인기어(622)와 연동되는 모타(62)를 구동시킴으로 로울러(63)가 체인(623)을 따라 진행하면서 투명창(52)과 직각을 이루는 회전판(61)을 차례로 접촉하면서 90°씩 회전시킴으로 쫄대(613)양면에 도안된 광고와 내실(2)에 저장된 상품이 투명창(52)을 통하여 번갈아가며 보이도록 하는 광고모듈(6)을 구성시킨 자동판매기.
