Abstract

본 발명은 소정의 이격 공간을 두고 척추골을 유지시키기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다. 다수의 파스너들이 다수의 척추골들과 연결된다. 종방향부재는 다수의 연결기 수단에 의해 파스너에 분리가능하게 연결된다. 종방향 부재와 파스너들은 종방향부재와 파스너들이 연결되는 척추골들 사이에 양호한 이격 공간을 갖기 위해 서로에 대해 이동할 수 있다. 연결기 수단은 종방향 부재로하여금 종방향부재의 축에 대히 각도를 이루며(바람직하게는 직각으로) 파스너로 부터 이격된 축에 대해 위치될 수 있도록 한다. 연결기 수단은 또한 종방향부재와 파스너 사이에 거리가 변화될 수 있도록 한다. 종방향 부재와 파스널들이 양호한 이격 공간을 두고 위치될 때, 클램프들은 상대적인 운동에 대해 중방향부재와 파스너들 및 연결기 수단을 지탱하기 위해 결합된다.

제1도는 척추골들 사이의 양호한 장소의 상관관계를 유지하기 위해 본 발명을 따라 제작된 리테이너 조립체들에 의해 척추의 일부분에 연결된 교정장치를 도시한 도면, 제2도는 제1도의 2-2선을 따라 절취한 도면, 제3도는 리테이너 조립체가 척추골에 연결되는 방법을 도시한 단면도, 제4도는 제1도 도시의 척추에 척추 교정장치를 연결하는데 사용되는 리테이너 조립체의 사시도.

Claims (12)

  1. 소정의 이격공간을 두고 척추골을 유지시키는데 사용하기 위한 장치로서, 척추골을 결합하기 위한 파스너와 ; 척추를 따라 위치 조정 가능한 종방향 부재와 ; 소정의 이격공간을 두고 상기 종방향부재와 상기 파스너를 배치시키기 위해 상기종방향부재와 상기 파트너를 분리가능하게 상호연결하고, 분리상태에 있을 때, 상기 종방향부재의 축에 대해 각도를 이루며 연장하고 상기 파스너로부터 이격된 축의 둘레에 상기 종방향부재가 위치될 수 있도록 하는 연결기 수단을 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 척추골 유지 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각도가 90°인 것을 특징으로 하는 척추골 유지 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결기 수단은 상기 종방향부재와 상기 파스너사이의 거리를 변화시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는척추골 유지 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결기 수단은, 상기 파스너에 대해 상기 종방향부재의 소정의 위치를 유지하기 위해 맞물릴 수 있는 클램프 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추골 유지 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 연결기 수단이 상기 클램프 수단으로부터 연장하고 상기 종방향부재와 연결할 수 있는 연결기 로드부재를 포함하고, 상기 연결기 로드부재는 상기 클램프 수단이 해제 상태일때 상기 클램프 수단에 대해 피봇가능한 것을특징으로 하는 척추골 유지 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 클램프 수단이 개구부를 형성하는 제1 및 제2클램프 반쪽들을 포함하고, 상기 연결기 로드부재가상기 제1 및 제2클램프 반쪽들에 의해 형성된 개구부로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추골 유지 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1클램프 반쪽은 제1개구부를 형성하는 표면 수단을 구비하고 상기 제2클램프 반쪽은 제2개구부를형성하는 표면 수단을 구비하며, 상기 파스너는 상기 제1 및 제2클램프 반쪽들의 제1 및 제2개구부들을 통해 연장할 수있으며, 상기 제1 및 제2클램프 반쪽들은 상기 파스너위의 중간부분과 상기 파스너와 나사식으로 맞물릴 수 있는 너트사이에서 클램프되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추골 유지장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 연결기 로드부재는 상기 제1 및 제2클램프 반쪽들에 의해 형성된 개구부로 연장가능하고 상기 축에대해 개구부안에서 회전가능한 로드부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추골 유지 장치.
  9. 소정의 이격공간을 두고 척추골을 유지하는데 사용하기 위한 장치로서, 척추골에 부착하기 위한 나사식 단부를 구비한 파스너와, 척추를 따라 위치 조정할 수 있는 종방향부재와, 상기 종방향부재와 상기 파스너를 상호 연결시키기 위한 연결기수단을 포함하고 ; 상기 연결기 수단은 클램프 수단과, 상기 클램프 수단에 의해 분리가능하게 클램프되고 상기 클램프수단으로부터 상기 종방향부재까지 연장한 연결기 로드부재를 포함하며 ; 상기 연결기 로드부재가 상기 클램프 수단에 대해 피봇가능하고 상기 종방향부재와 연결가능한 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추골 유지 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 클램프 수단이 제1 및 제2클램프 반쪽들을 포함하고, 상기 연결기 부재가 상기 제1 및 제2클램프반쪽들에 의해 형성된 개구부로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추골 유지 장치.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 연결기 로드부재는 상기 클램프 수단과 결합가능한 로드부분과 상기 종방향부재와 연결가능한 블록부분을 포함하고, 상기 연결기 로드부재는 상기 클램프 수단이 분리될 때 상기 로드부분의 축에 대해 피봇할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추골 유지 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 블록 부분은 상기 종방향부재가 연장해 있는 통로와, 상기 개구부안의 상기 종방향부재를 고정시키기 위한 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추골 유지 장치.
