Abstract

본 발명은 디바이스의 이송이나 흡착 마킹등의 작업시 발생되는 정전기를 제거하여 정전기로 인한 디바이스의 파괴를 방지하기 위한 것으로서 고정바(1)에 다수개의 실형 탄소 브러쉬(2)를 고착하여 하부로 늘어뜨림으로서 작동시 발생되는 정전기를 고정바(1)와 접속된 접지(6)을 통해 방전시키도록 된 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 정전기를 띄는 디바이스(3)의 이송통로 좌우에 지지판(7)으로 좌우각각에 입설하고 지지판(7) 상단에 실형의 탄소브러쉬를 다수개 고착하여 하부로 늘어뜨려 형성된 고정바(1)를 횡으로 나착하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 제어용 탄소 브러쉬.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브러쉬 고정바(1)는 전기도체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 제어용 탄소 브러쉬.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 브러쉬 고정바(1)를 접지시켜 사용하는 것이 특징인 정전기 제거용 탄소브러쉬.
