Abstract

본 발명은 폴리에스테르-폴리아미드 복합섬유의 염색방법으로서 일욕법으로 단시간에 색상의 재현성을 항상시킨것이다.
본 발명은 분산염료, 배트염료 및 분산제를 투입하여 130℃에서 레벨링 한 다음 냉각하여 70~80℃에서 가성소다와 환원제를 3~12g / l 투입하여 환원세정과 배트염색을 동시에 실시하는 방법임.

Claims (5)

  1. 폴리에스테르-폴리아미드 복합섬유를 염색함에 있어서, 분산염료, 분산제 및 배트염료를 염색기에 투입하고 승온하여 130℃에서 레벨링한 다음 냉각하여 70∼80℃에서 가성소다와 환원제를 각각 3∼12g/ι 투입하여 환원세정과 배트염색을 동시에 실시하는 폴리에스테르-폴리아미드 복합섬유의 염색방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분산염색시 염욕의 PH가 8.0∼10.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르-폴리아미드 복합섬유의 염색방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 환원제로 이산화티오요소와 론가리트의 혼합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르-폴리아미드 복합섬유의 염색방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합섬유는 폴리에스테르와 폴리아미드로 복합방사한 것을 분할하여 섬도가 0.5데니어 이하로 되는 복합섬유임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르-폴리아미드 복합섬유의 염색방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 염색완료한후에 60℃에서 다시 레벨링함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르-폴리아미드복합섬유의 염색방법.
