Abstract
본 발명은 대응 아민을 적당한 용매 존재 하에 포스겐과 반응시켜 순수 증류된 이소시아네이트를 제조하는 방법 및 다단계 증류에 의해 얻어지는 이소시아네이트 함유 용액을 순수한 이소시아네이트. 순용매 및 잔류물로 처리하는 방법을 제공한ㄷ. 잔류물을 고비점의 1종 이상의 탄화 수소를 함유한 용기에 충전시킨다. 이 용기의 내용물을 교반시키며 가열하여 존재하는 임의의 유리 이소시아네이트를 증류시킨다 남아 있는 잔류물은 쉽게 폐기될 수 있는 고상물이다.

Claims (7)
- a) 아민을 용매 존재하에 포스겐과 반응시키는 단계 : b) 단계 a)의 반웅 생성물을 증류시켜 순수한 이소시아 네이트, 순용매 및 잔류물을 얻는 단계 ; c) 단계 b)로부터 얻은 잔류물을 증류 조건하에 불활성인 고비점의 탄화수소가 존재하는 가열된 용기에 교만시키며 도입하는 단계; d) 단계 r)에서 사용된 가열된 용기의 네용물로부터 오소시 아네 이트를 증류시키는 단계 ; 및 e) 용기로부터 고상 잔류물을 배출시키는 단계로 이루어지는 순수한 이 소시아네이트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 e)의 고상 잔류물을 자유 유동시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 e)의 고상 잔류물을 분쇄시키는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서. 불쇄된 고삿 잔류물읖 낼 각시키고 소각시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 e)의 고상 잔류물을 냉각시키고 소각시키는 방법
- a) 이소시아네이트 함유 잔류물을 증류 조건하에 불활성인 고비정의 탄화수소를 함유한 가열된 용기에 교반시키며 도입하는 단계; 및 b) 유리 이소시아네이트를 증류시키는 단계로 이루어지는, 이소시아네이트 함유 잔류물로부터 순수란 이소시아네이트를 회수 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 증류 단계 b)를 종결한 후에 고상 잔류물을 회수하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
