Abstract

본 발명은 고로가스 청정 집진수 처리장치에 관한 것으로서, 집수구 내를 통과하는 배수중에 기제를 취입하므로서, 배수교란 및 기체 부상에 의한 폭기효과로 용존기체를 증발시켜, pH상승효과를 얻고, 작업부하가 없을뿐만 아니라 연속적으로 처리할 수 있는 고로가스 청정 집진수 처리장치를 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 통상의 고로가스 청정 집진수 처리장치에 있어서, 집수구(5)를 개량한 것을 요지로 하는 것으로서, 집수구의 개량은 집수구(5)에 기체취입장치(20)를 설치함으로써 달성되는데, 상기 기체취입잔치(20)는 기체유입관(21), 분사배관(22) 및 취입노즐(23)로 구성된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 스크루버(1), 탈가스 조(4), 스크루버 스위조절벨브(12), 집수구(5), 및 침전조(6)를 포함하여 구성되는 고로가스 청정집진수 처리장치에 있어서, 상기 집수구(5)의 제1지관(5a)과 상기 탈가스탑(4)사이의 집수구(5)내에 기체취입장치(20)가 형성되어 있고; 상기 기체취입장치(20)는 기체를 유입하기 위한 기체유입관(21), 이 유입관(21)으로부터 유입된 기체를 상기 집수구(5)의 저부로 수송하기 위한 분사배관(22), 및 이 분사배관(22)을 통해 수송된 기체를 상기 집수구(5)내를 통과하는 배수중에 취입시키는 다수의 취입노즐(23)를 구비하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로가스 청정 집진수 처리장치
