포공영으로부터 항균활성이 있는 엑기스를 추출, 정제함에 있어서, 마쇄한 포공영 건조 분말에 비극성 용매를 사용하여 지용분을 제거하고 남은 식물잔체를 70∼100% 저급알콜을 가하여 교반 추출한 다음 수소 이온 농도를 중성으로 조정한 후 농축하고, 여기에 할로겐 화합물 또는 저급케톤과 증류수를 가하여 층분리 한다음 식물색소와 지용분이 제거된 수용성 추출액을 분리 하고, 그 수용성추출액의 수소이온 농도를 3∼5로 조정한 후 저급아세테이트 또는 부탄올을 가하여 층분리한 후 유기용매층을 분리하여 감압 농축하여 조엑기스를 정제하고, 그 조엑기스에 0∼20%의 저급알콜 수용액을 가하고 수소이온농도를 5∼7로 조정한 다음 할로겐화합물 또는 저급케톤을 가하여 층분리한 후 수용층을 분리, 감압 농축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포공영 엑기스의 추출 정제 방법.In extracting and purifying antimicrobial extracts from poongongyoung, remove the fat-soluble components by using a non-polar solvent to the ground poongyoung dry powder, add 70-100% lower alcohol and stir and extract the remaining plant residue.
