Abstract

무릎 오르테시스가 넓적다리 부착 부분, 하부 다리 부착 부분 및 상기 양 부분을 힌지가 있게 연결시키기 위한 조인트로 구성된다. 착용 특성을 개선시키기 위해서, 무릎 오르테시스는 넓적다리 전면 주위로 연장되어 넓적다리 부착 부분의 외부 상부 점과 넓적다리 부착부분의 내부 하부 점을 연결하는 사선 버팀목을 포함한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 넓적다리에 부착하기 위하여 제1측면에 제1버팀목(strut), 제2측면에 제2버팀목 및 상기 제1 및 제2버팀목을 연결하는 스트랩 리테이너(strap retainer)를 갖는 넓적다리 부착 부분; 상기 제1측면에 제1다리 부재를 갖고, 상기 제2측면에 제2다리 부재를 갖는 하부 다리 부착 부분; 상기 제1버팀목을 상기제2다리 부재에 힌지가 있게 연결시키기 위한 제1조인트 부재 및 상기 제2버팀목을 상기 제2다리 부재에 힌지가 있게 연결하기 위한 제2조인트 부재를 갖는, 상기 넓적다리 부착 부분 및 상기 하부 다리 부착 부분을 힌지가 있게 연결시키는 조인트 수단; 및 상기 제1 및 제2버팀목을 연결시키고, 상기 버팀목들의 하나위의 제1점에서 상기 버팀목들의 다른 버팀목의제2점으로 연장하는 사선 버팀목으로서, 상기 제2점이 상기 제1점보다 상기 조인트 수단에 보다 근접한 사선 버팀목으로 구성되는 무릎 오르테시스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1측면이 외부 측면이고, 상기 제2측면이 내부 측면인 무릎 오르테시스.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1측면이 내부 측면이고, 상기 제2측면이 외부 측면인 무릎 오르테시스.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 스트랩 리테이너, 및 상기 스트랩 리테이너와 상기 제1조인트 부재 및 상기 제2조인트 부재를 각각 연결시키기 위한 내부 버팀목 및 외부 버팀목을 포함하는 수단으로 구성되는 무릎 오르테시스.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부 다리 부착 부분이 하부 스트랩 리테이너, 및 상기 하부 스트랩 리테이너를 상기 제1조인트 부재 및 제2조인트 부재에 연결시키기 위한 껍데기 모양의 부재를 포함하는 무릎 오르테시스.
