Abstract

콘넥터 하우징은 상대 콘넥터 하우징의 대응하는 래칭 수단에 걸리도록 그의 측면들을 따라 앞쪽으로 연장하는 한쌍의 래치 아암들을 포함한다. 각 래치 아암은 결합 및 분리중에 래치 아암의 횡을 허용하는 플랙시블한 힌지접합부에 의해 하우징 측면에 일체로 접합된다. 힌지 접합부들은 그로 부터 연장하는 확장된 단부들을 갖는 중앙부들을 포함한다. 반원부들은 확장된 단부들 상에 제공되며, 반원부들은 래치 아암들에 관련된 스트레스들을 적당히 분산시키도록 구성되어 있어, 힘들이 래치 아암들에 가해질 때에 힌지 접합부들에 스트레스들이 집중되는것을 피할 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 힌지 접합부에 의하여 접합된 한 쌍의 래치 아암들을 갖는 콘넥터 하우징의 사시도.
제2도는 래치 아암들을 콘넥터 하우징에 접합하는 힌지 접합부를 설명하기 위해 단면으로 나타낸 래치 아암 부분을 갖는 콘넥터 하우징의 평면도.
제3도는 콘넥터 하우징 및 본 발밍의 힌지 접합부를 노출시키기 위해 콘덱터 하우징으로부터 떼어낸 래치 아암의 사시도.
제4도는 본 발명의 래치 아암의 사시도.

Claims (5)

  1. 래치 아암을 플라스틱 하우징에 일체로 접합하기 위한 힌지 접합부에 있어서, 힌지 접합부가 제1, 제2리브들을 갖는 중앙부를 포함하되, 상기 제1, 제2리브들은 중앙부에 일체로 부착되고, 제1 리브는 중앙부의 제1단부에 위치되고, 제2리브는 중앙부의 제2단부에 위치되고, 제1, 제2 리브들은 실질적으로 중앙부의 세로축에 직각인방향으로 중앙부의 측벽들을 지나 연장하고, 중앙부 및 제1, 제2리브들은 래치 아암 및 하우징에 일체로 부착되어 래치 아암과 하우징 사이를 연장하고, 이에 따라 힘들이 래치 아암에 가해질 때에 힌지 접합부의 관련 스트레스가 제1, 제2리브들로 분산되어 힌지 접합부의 고장을 막아주는 힌지 접합부.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1반원부가 힌지 접합부 상에 제공되고, 제1반원부가 힌지 접합부와 래치 아암 사이의 변이부(transition)를 제공하는 힌지 접합부.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제2반원부가 힌지 접합부 상에 제공되고, 제2반원부가 힌지 접합부와 하우징 사이의 변이부를 제공하는 힌지 접합부.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제3반원부가 힌지 접합부 상에 제공되고, 제3반원부가 중앙부와 제1, 제2리브들 사이의 변이부를 제공하는 힌지 접합부.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 제4반원부가 힌지 접합부 상에 제공되고, 제4반원부가 그의 단부 표면들에 근접한 제1, 제2리브들상에 제공되는 힌지 접합부.
