Abstract

하기 (a)-(e)로 구성되는 블럭 공중합체 조성물을 제공한다. (a)우세하게 공역 티엔으로부터 유래된 적어도 하나의 선택적으로 수소첨가된 엘라스토머 블럭 및 우세하게 비닐 방향족 화합물로 부터 유래된 적어도 하나의 블럭을 함유하는 블럭 공중합체, (b)블럭 공중합체 100중량부 당 5 중량부 내지 500 중량부의 양으로 폴리알킬렌, 폴리(비닐 방향족), 폴리페닐렌 에테르 및 그의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 열가소성 중합체, (c)블럭 공중합체 100중량 부당 5 내지 200중량부 양의 Mw/Mnql\\비율 1.0 내지 3.0, 바람직하게 1.3 내지 2.4의 범위를 갖고 수평균 분자량 1100 내지 6000 및 바람직하게 1200 내지 4500 및 보다 바람직하게 2000 내지 3500의 범위를 갖는 폴리(알킬렌)으로 구성되는 가소제, (d)블럭 공중합체 100 중량부 당 0내지 500중량부, 바람직하게 50 내지 250의 양의 충전제, 및 (e)첨가제, 예컨대 난연제, 항산화제, 안정화제, 유동촉진수지, 염료등 이때 각각의 첨가제의 양은 블럭 공중합체 100중량부 당 0 내지 50중량부이다.
상기 블럭 공중합체는 특히 열숙성에 의해 영향 받지 않는 성질을 보이므로, 보다 고급인 응용물, 예컨대 의료영역에서 매우 유용하다.

Claims (12)

  1. 하기 (a)-(e)로 구성되는 블럭 공중합체 조성물을:(a)우세하게 공역 티엔으로부터 유래된 적어도 하나의 선택적으로 수소첨가된 엘라스토머 블럭 및 우세하게 비닐 방향족 화합물로 부터 유래된 적어도 하나의 블럭을 함유하는 블럭 공중합체, (b)블럭 공중합체 100중량부 당 5 중량부 내지 500 중량부의 양으로 폴리알킬렌, 폴리(비닐 방향족), 폴리페닐렌 에테르 및 그의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 열가소성 중합체, (c)블럭 공중합체 100중량부당 5 내지 200중량부 양의, Mw/M비율 1.0 내지 3.0, 바람직하게 1.3 내지 2.4의 범위를 갖고 수평균 분자량 1100 내지 6000 범위를 갖는 폴리(알킬렌)으로 구성되는 가소제, (d) 블록 공중합체 100 중량부 당 0 내지 500중량부, 양의 충전제, 및 (e) 첨가제, 예컨대 난연제, 항산화제, 안정화제, 유동촉진수지, 염료등 이때 각각의 첨가제의 양은 블럭 공중합체 100중량부 당 0 내지 50중량부이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 블럭 공중합체 100중량부 당 25중량부 내지 250중량부의 양의 성분(b)를 함유하는 블럭 공중합체 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 1.3 내지 2.4 범위의 Mw/Mn 비율을 갖는 성분(c)를 함유하는 블럭 공중합체 조성물.
  4. 제1 내지 3항에 있어서, 1200 내지 4500의 범위인 수평균 분자량을 갖는 성분(c)를 함유하는 블럭 공중합체 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 1200 내지 3500의 범위인 수평균 분자량을 갖는 성분(c)를 함유하는 블럭 공중합체 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 블럭 공중합체 100중량부 당 50 내지 150중량부의 양의 성분(c)를 함유하는 블럭 공중합체 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 블럭 공중합체 100중량부 당 50 내지 150중량부의 양의 성분(c)를 함유하는 블럭 공중합체 조성물.
  8. 제1 내지 7항에 있어서, 성분(c)의 폴리(알킬렌)이 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부틸렌 및 폴리이소부틸렌으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블럭 공중합체 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 성분(c)가 폴리부틸렌 또는 폴리이소부틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 블럭 공중합체 조성물.
  10. 제1 내지 9항에 있어서, 선택적으로 수소첨가된 블록 공중합체 스티렌 및 부타디엔 또는 이소프렌 또는 그의 혼합물로 부터 유래되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 공중합체 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 선택적으로 수소첨가된 블럭 공중합체가 스티렌 및 부타디엔으로 부터 유래되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블럭 공중합체 조성물.
  12. 제1 내지 9항에 따른 블럭 공중합체 조성물로부터 제조된 조형품.
