Abstract

본 발명 원적외선 방출물질 및 그 제조방법은 소정의 성분들로 혼합된 원적외선 방출물질을 제조하여, 이 원적외선 방출물질로부터 방출되는 소정영역의 파장으로된 원적외선이 소정의 진동작용을 하게됨으로써 악취제거 혹은 자가 의료용기구로 사용할 수 있도록 되어 있다.

  1. 조성비의 중량%로 산화규소 15.55%∼16.4%, 산화장석 13.8%∼13.9%, 붕산 41.4%∼38.7%, 산화나트륨 8.6%∼5%, 행성 4.1%∼4.2%, 초산 2.4%∼2.7%, 바륨 7.6%∼7.1%, 석회석 0.3%∼0.3%, 산화아연 0.7%∼1.2%, 지르콘 5.9%∼5.6%, 산화티탄 0.3%∼0.6%, 인산 0.3%∼0.3%, 이산화망간 1%∼1.5%, 산화니켈 0.7%∼0.7%, 산화코발트 0.7%∼0.9%의 성분으로 구성된 원적외선 방출물질.
  2. 내열용해로에 조성비의 중량%로 산화규소 15.5%∼16.4%, 산화장석 13.8%∼13.9%, 붕산 41.4%∼38.7%, 산화나트륨 8.6%∼5%, 행성 4.1%∼4.2%, 초산 2.4%∼2.7%, 바륨 7.6%∼7.1%, 석회석 0.3%∼0.3%, 산화아연 0.7%∼1.2%, 지르콘 5.9%∼5.6%, 산화티탄 0.3%∼0.6%, 인산 0.3%∼0.3%, 이산화망간 1%∼1.5%, 산화니켈 0.7%∼0.7%, 산화코발트 0.7%∼0.9%의 성분을 넣어 혼합한후 용융온도 1200∼1500℃에서 7∼9간 가열하여 형성되는 원적외선 방출물질의 제조방법.
