Abstract

차량 및 화물콘테이너 도어용 잠금장치에서, 봉체(1)가 죽설되는 부쉬조립체(10, 11)가 오메가형의 브라킷트(21)에 의하여 도어에 고정된다. 탄력결합구조가 부쉬조립체와 브라킷트의 보상적인 부분(14, 30)사이에 제공되어 부쉬조립체와 브라킷트가 잠금장치가 도어에 착설되어 고정되기전에 봉체(1)에 조립된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 베어링(2, 5)이 부쉬조립체(10, 11)로 구성되고 이에 봉체(1)가 그 축선을 중심으로 하여 회전운동 가능하게 죽설되며, 부쉬조립체가 이 부쉬조립체의 원호부분을 둘러싸는 오메가형의 브라킷트(20)에 의하여 도어에 고정되며 봉체의 대향측부의 위치에서 도어에 고정되는 간격을 둔 플랜지(25, 26)가 구비되어 있는 차량과 화물콘테이너도어용 잠금장치에 있어서, 부쉬조립체와 브라킷트의 보상적인 부분(14, 30)사이에 스냅결합구조가 제공되어 도어에 잠금장치가 작설 고정되기전에 부쉬조립체와 브라킷트가 봉체(1)에 조립됨을 특징으로 하는 도어용 잠금장치.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 브라킷트(22)로부터 절취된 태그(30)가 부쉬조립체의 리브(14)상에 탄력적으로 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 잠금장치.
  3. 청구범위 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 부쉬조립체(10, 11)가 한쌍의 보상적인 형태의 반원통체(12)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 잠금장치.
  4. 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 두 반원통체(12)가 함께 탄력결합되는 연장편과, 도어로부터 일정한 간격을 두고 봉체(1)를 지지도록 도어와 협동하는 지지대(13)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 잠금장치.
