Abstract

본 발명은 오수함유 모래씨앗 및 협잡물 제거공정에 관한 것으로서, 고형 협잡물을 함유한 오수중 대개 5㎜이상의 고형 협잡물을 제거하고 분리액은 하단에 밀봉장착된 자흡식스크류터보펌프(B)로 이송하는 스크류실린더식협잡물처리기(A)의 처리단계, 상기의 분리액을 계량조(C)로 이송하는 자흡식스크류터보펌프(B)의 이송단계, 계량조(C)의 계량단계, 상기 계량조(C)로부터 이송된 소정 크기 이하의 오수를 모래, 씨앗 및 침전가능한 협잡물을 완전히 제거하고 분리수는 침사조를 거치지 않고 이하의 저류통(E)으로 이송하는 로터리스크류식원심분리기(D)처리단계, 저류통(E)의 저류단계, 소화조(F)의 적하단계, 포기조(G)로의 유입단계를 포함하며, 최종 침전지에서 고체와 액체를 분리하여 협잡물을 탈수기에 의해 탈수분리하고 탈리액은 소화조(F)로 이송하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 고형 협잡물을 함유한 오수중 재개 5㎜이상의 고형 협잡물을 제거하고 분리액은 하단에 밀봉장착된 자흡식스크류터보펌프(B)로 이송하는 스크류실린더식협잡물처리기(A)의 처리단계, 상기의 분리액을 계량조(C)로 이송하는 자흡식시크류터보펌프(B)의 이송단계, 계량조(C)의 계량단계, 상기 계량조(C)로부터 이송된 소정 크기 이하의 오수를 모래, 씨앗 및 침전가능한 협잡물을 완전히 제거하고 분리수는 침사조를 거치지 않고 이하의 저류통(E)으로 이송하는 로터리스크류식원심분리기(D) 처리단계, 저류통(E)의 저류단계, 소화조(F)의 적하단계, 포기조(G)로의 유입단계를 포함하며, 최종 침전지에서 고체와 액체를 분리하여 협잡물은 탈수기에 의해 탈수분리하고 탈리액은 소화조(F)로 이송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오수함유 모래씨앗 및 협잡물 제거공정.
