Abstract
본 발명은 결합금속을 최소화시킨 합금소재를 고온 단열가압(Hot Isotatic Pressing) 이나, 전방향 압축(Rapid Omnidirectional Compaction) 소결이 아닌 진공 소결 또는 수소로 소결 방법으로 소결하여서 된 초경 합금에 관한 것으로서, 코발트, 철, 니켈, 몰리브덴, 크롬금속 분말중의 어떤금속 분말이 1종 또는 2종 이상 혼합된것 2wt% 이하와 텅스텐 카바이드, 탄탈륨 카바이드, 몰리브덴 카바이드, 크톰 카바이드 등의 금속 카바이드 중에서 한가지 금속 카바이드가 98wt%를 넘지 않으며, 한가지 이상의 금속 카바이드가 98wt% 이상으로 된 합금 소재를 진공 소결 또는 상압수소로 소설 하여서 된 초경 합금에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a cemented carbide alloy obtained by sintering an alloy material in which a bonding metal is minimized by hot sintering pressing or rapid omnidirectional compaction sintering by vacuum sintering or hydrogen sintering. 1 wt% or less than 2 wt% of any metal powder of iron, nickel, molybdenum and chromium metal powders and 98 wt% of one metal carbide among tungsten carbide, tantalum carbide, molybdenum carbide, thorium carbide Carbide alloys are made by alloying a alloy material of not less than% and at least 98% by weight of metal carbide with vacuum sintering or atmospheric hydrogen.
