Abstract

용기 뚜꺼은 강성 뚜껑판과 이 뚜껑판과는 별도로 형성되어 뚜껑판에 설치되는 가요성 탄성 밀봉부를 포함한다. 뚜껑판은 현수 환형 플랜지를 갖춘 상부 패널을 포함한다. 밀봉부는 이의 외주연 주위에서 상방으로 향하고 뚜껑판 플랜지를 수납하는 일체식 플랜지를 갖춘 증실 중앙 패널을 포함한다. 밀봉부 플랜지는 용기의 상부 모서리에 결합가능하고 피봇축을 형성하는 대향된 피봇 지점들을 구비한다. 위치 설정 리브는 용기의 상부 모서리상에 결합되기 위해 피봇 지점들 사이에서 밀봉부 플랜지의 외주연으로 연장한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 개방 용기 주둥이(22)를 밀봉하기 위해 그 안에 선택적으로 수납되는 뚜껑(34)에 있어서, 외주연부(42)를 갖춘 상부 패널(40)과 이 상부 패널에 일체로 되어 그로부터 현수되고 밀봉부 플랜지(52)내에 삽통식으로 수납되는 뚜껑판 플랜지(44)를 포함하는 강성 뚜껑판(36)과, 저부 패널(50)에 일체로 되고 그 외주연에서 그로부터 수직 상방으로 돌출하는 외주연 밀봉부 플랜지(52)를 갖춘 저부 패널(50)을 포함하고 상기 뚜껑판과는 별도로 형성된 가요성 밀봉부(38)과, 뚜껑판 플랜지(44)와 밀봉부 플랜지(52)를 서로 해제 가능하게 결합하고 외측면(66, 68)과 상부 모서리 및 하부 모서리를 갖는 상기 밀봉부 플랜지(52)내에 뚜껑판 플랜지(44)를 보유하기 위해 이들 두 부재에 마련된 보상 수단(48, 56)과, 밀봉부 플랜지의 외측면(66, 68)에 일체로되고 밀봉부 플랜지(52)의 상부 모서리(54)와 하부 모서리 사이에 위치하는 한 쌍의 횡으로 정렬된 피봇 지점(76)과 피봇축(74)를 형성하는한 쌍의 대향된 피봇 수단과, 밀봉부 플랜지(52)에 일체로 되고 피봇 지점(76)들 사이에서 밀봉부 플랜지(52)의 외향으로 그리고 합체된 용기(20)의 상부 모서리(26)상에 결합되기 위해 피봇축(74)의 한 측면으로 돌출하는 긴위치 설정 리브(78)과, 용기 주둥이(22)내에 해제가능하게 밀봉 결합되기 위해 상기 리브(78)아래에 수직하게이격된 관계로 밀봉부 플랜지(52)의 외측면(66, 68) 주위의 외주연에 위치한 일체식 밀봉 돌기(64)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조립시에 밀봉부 패널(50)과 뚜껑한 패널(40)이 그 사이에 공간을 형성하며, 상기 뚜껑이 상기 공간을 보유하기 위해 조립된 패널들 사이에서 연장되는 중앙돌출 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 밀봉부 패널(50)이 상방으로 만곡되고 밀봉부 플랜지 상에 외향 편유를 유지하기 위해 탄성적인 가요성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 중앙 돌출 수단이 중앙 딤플(80)을 포함하며 밀봉부 플랜지에 일체로 형성되고 그로부터 수직 상방으로 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 밀봉부 패널(50)이 편면인 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 중앙 돌출 수단이 중공 관형 슬리브(94)를 포함하며 뚜껑판 패널(102)에 일체로 형성되고 그로부터 현수된 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 리브(78)의 단부가 이 리브로부터 밀봉부 플랜지의 상부 모서리로 수직하게 연장되는 피봇러그(76)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
