Abstract

본 발명은 프린트 장치에 있어서 박막 공정품 상에 탑재된 구동 집직회로를 구비하는 감열 기록 소자에 관한 것으로, 단일 박막 공정으로 형성된 복수개의 발열 저항체와 그에 대응하는 개별전극부 및 상기 발열 저항체를 구동시키는 구동 집적회로에 제어신호를 인가하기 위한 제어신호용 배선을 구비하는 박막 공정품과, 상기 구동 집적 회로가 배열된 방향과 같은 방향으로 신장되고 상기 구동 집적회로의 전원용 및 신호용 접지패드와 직접 금선으로 연결되는 접지패드를 구비하는 인쇄회로 기판과 상기 박막 공정품 및 인쇄회로 기판을 지지하고 열을 방출하기 위한 방열판으로 구성함으로써 구조가 최적화된 고화질, 소형의 감열 기록 소자를 제공한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 감열 기록 소자에 있어서, 단일 박막 공정으로 형성된 복수개의 발열 저항체와 그에 대응하는 개별전극 및 상기 발열 저항체를 구동시키는 구동 집적회로에 제어신호를 인가하기 위한 제어신호분배용 배선을 구비하는 박막 공정품과, 상기 구동 집적 회로가 배열된 방향과 같은 방향으로 신장되고 상기 구동 집적 회로의 전원용 및 신호용 접지패드와 직접 금선으로 연결되는 접지패드를 구비하는 인쇄회로 기판과, 상기 박막 공정품 및 인쇄회로 기관을 지지하고 열을 방출하기 위한 방열판으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 감열 기록 소자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄회로 기판이 박막 공정품의 장방향 길이와 같은 길이를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 감열 기록 소자.
