Abstract

바테리 충전 회로는 충전될 바테리에 부착된 열 센서를 포함한다.온도가 열폭주 상태를 지시하면 바테리의 열폭주를 방지하면서 계속 바테리 충전을 할 수 있는 수단으로서 충전회로의 출력 감지 리이드내로 전압을 주입함으로써 온도에 따라 충전 전류 출력이 조정된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 원리에 따른 열폭주 방지 장치를 구현한 바테리의 정류기 충전기에 대한 블록도,
제2도는 본 발명의 원리에 따른 열폭주 방지 장치를 구현한 바테리의 정류기 충전기의 다른 실시예에 대한 블록도,
제3도는 본 발명의 원리를 구체화한 바테리 열조절 회로도.

Claims (4)

  1. AC 전원을 수용하는 전력 입력부(101, 102)와, 충전될 바테리(115)에 연결되어 바테리에 조정된 전압을 공급하는 전력 출려부(111,112)와, 조정된 전압에서의 전류를 전력 출력부에 공급하며 전압 제어를 위한 조정 제어기를 포함하는 정류기 충전 회로(105)와, 바테리 바로옆에 위치한 온도감지장치(135)와, 상기 온도 감지 장치의 값을 전압 크기로 변환시키는 계수회로(301)와, 상기 조정 제어기에 연결된 상기 계수 회로의 전압 출력부와, 충전될 바테리의 단자와 상기 정류기 충전회로에 연결된 전압 감지 리이드(111,112)와, 그리고 상기 전압 감지 리이드의 경로내에 전압을 주입하는 회로(129)로 구성되고, 상기 전압 감지 리이드내로 주입된 전압의 상기 정류기 충전 회로로부터 바테리에 공급된 충전 전압을 변화시켜 상기 온도 감지장치에 의해 감지된 온도를 보상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 바테리 충전회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도 감지 장치가 저항(307)과 직렬로 연결되어 분압기를 형성하는 서미스터(306)를 포함하고, 상기 계수 회로가 분압기의 분할된 출력 전압에 감응하는 증폭기(315)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바테리 충전 회로.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 증폭기가 감지 리이드내로 전압을 주입하도록 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 바테리 충전회로.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 계수회로의 전압에 감응하는 비교기(366)를 가진 경고 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바테리 충전회로.
