Abstract

컬러 브라운관의 패널(9) 내면에 3종류의 종류가 다른 형광액을 도포하는 3개의 도포노즐(8)고 도포노즐(8)을 대기위치에서 도포위치로 이동시키기 위한 전후 이동기구와 좌우 이동기구를 구비하므로써 형광막 불량의 요인을 제거하고, 상시균일한 형광막을 형성한다. 컬러 브라운관의 패널(9)내면에 수용성의 감광성결합체와 형광체 분말을 헌탁시킨 형광액을 도포하는 도포장치에서, 유체실린더(5)의 동작에 의하여 계합된 연결봉(6)과 기판(3)에 설치한 자유단(7)에 의하여 4절의 평행 운동기구를 구성하여 1매의 기판(3)상에서 3개 각각 독립한 도포노즐(8)을 패널(9)의 센터 방향으로 배치하고, 3개의 도포노즐(8)을 패널 유지구(10)의 패널(9)후방에 이동시켜 이격한다. 도포노즐 연결판(11)과 노즐아암(12)과 계합된 3개의 도포노즐(8)은 탱크(13)에서 레벨 제어된 종류가 다른 형광액을 용도별로 패널(9) 내면에 균일한 액을 도포한다. 선희 연결봉(14)은 도포노즐(8)의 패널(9)에 대한 각도 조정을 행할 수 있고, 프레임(1)상에 좌우방향으로 기판(3)을 이동시켜 도포하면서 도포노즐(8)을 이동시켜 도포시간을 단축한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 컬러 브라운관의 패널내면에 수용성의 감광성 결합제와 형광체 분말을 현락시킨 형광액을 도포하는 컬러 브라운관용 도포장치에 있어서, 종류가 다른 3종류의 형광액을 도포하는 3개의 도포노즐과, 도포노즐을 대기 위치에서 도포위치로 이동시키기 위한 전후 이동기구를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 브라운관용 도포장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중ㆍ대형관에 있어서 도포시에 균일한 막을 형성시키기 위한 도포노즐을 좌우로 이동시키는 좌우 왕복 이동기구부와, 도포노즐의 보수점검용 아암 회전기구를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 브라운 관용 도포장치.
