Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 연료분사장치에 관한 것으로서, 연료가 분사되는 인젝터의 분사공에 분사되는 연료를 가열시키는 히터를 설치함으로써, 분사되는 연료의 무화 입자의 미 립화를 촉진시켜 연료가 실린더내의 연소실에서 완전 연소가 이루어져 불완전 연소로 인한 유해 배출가스를 저감시키고 엔진의 출력을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. ECU로부터 분사 신호가 단자(1)를 통해 솔레노이드 코일(3)에 가해지면 플런저(5)가 솔레노이드 코일(3)에 흡인되어 플런저(5)와 일체로 형성된 니이들 밸브(7)가 후퇴하면서 분사공(9)을 열어줌으로써, 연료 송출 파이프(11)를 통해 일정압력을 갖고 공급되어 있던 연료가 상기의 분사공(9)을 통해 분사되는 연료분사장치의 인젝터에 있어서, 상기의 분사공(5)에 히터(17)를 설치하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 연료분사 장치의 인젝터.
