Abstract

래치부재와 시정부재의 상대위치가 변동되더라도 폐쇄부재를 고정프레임에 신뢰성 있게 시정할 수 있는 래칫형 래치 장치가 제공된다.
래치부재는 피벗핀에 의해 베어링아암의 후단부에 피벗식으로 설치된다.
포올레버는 피벗핀에 의해 베어링아암의 중앙부에 피벗식으로 설치된다.
래치부재는 피벗핀을 중심으로 하여 안내 돌기 반대측에 형성된 호형 연부를 가지며, 상기 호형연부는 래칫열로 형성된다. 포올레버는 래칫열에의 계합 및 이탈을 위한 역지래치를 구비한 후단부를 갖는다. 포올레버는 비틀림 스프링에 의해 래치부재에 부세되어 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 폐쇄부재에 고정되며 전판부재를 갖는 래치케이스, 상기 전판부재의 후면으로 부터 돌출되어 있는 1조의 베어링 아암, 피벗핀에 의해 상기 베어링아암의 후단부에 피벗식으로 설치된 래치부재, 피벗핀에 의해 베어링아 암의 중앙부에 피벗식으로 설치된 중간부를 갖는 포올레버, 피벗핀에 의해 상기 래치 케이스의 전판부재에 피벗식으로 설치된 스템부를 갖는 조작핸들, 상기 전판부재의 후측부에 형성된 중공원통부에 삽입되며 압축코일스프링에 의해 전향하여 부세되는 연결봉, 및 상기 피벗핀에 끼워지는 코일부재로 구성되며, 상기 래치부재가 그 1측부에 고정프레임의 측부상의 시정부재에의 계합 및 이탈을 위한 안내돌기를 가지며, 상기 안내돌기가 상기 피벗핀을 향해 신장하는 시정요부를 갖도록 형성된 스템부를 가지며, 상기 시정부재가 상기 시정요부와 계합되고 시정요부로 부터 이탈되도록 되어있고, 상기 래치부재가 상기 피벗핀을 중심으로 하여 상기 안내돌기 반대측에 형성된 호형연부를 가지며, 상기 호형 연부가 다수의 래칫으로 형성되고, 상기 포올레버가 상기 래핏에의 계합 및 이탈을 위한 역지포올로 형성된 그 후단부를 가지며, 상기 연결봉이 상기 중공원통부의 전단개구부로 부터 돌출하여 상기 조작핸들의 스템구동부와 접속하는 전단수동부를 가지며, 상기 연결봉이 상기 중공원통부의 후단개구부로 부터 돌출하여 상기 포올레버의 전단수동돌기와 접촉하는 후단구동부를 가지며, 상기 포올레버의 역지포올이 상기 래치부재의 상기 안내돌기와 계합하는 1직선 단부와 상기 포올레버의 상기 전단수동돌기와 타 직선단부를 갖는 비틀림스프링에 의해 상기 래치부재의 상기 래칫에 대해 부세되는, 래칫형 래치장치가 제공된다.
