Abstract
본 발명은 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트와 같은 방향족 폴리에스테르와 관능화 EPDM 반응성 고무쌍의 혼합물을 용융 압축시킴으로써 제공되는 EPDM 고무와 방향족 폴리에스테르의 가황화 혼합물에 관한 것이다. 에폭시기로 관능화된 EPDM은 에폭시 반응성 카르복실산을 생성할 수 있는 열에 불안정한 에스테르기로 관능화된 EPDM 고무로 가황화될 수 있다.

Claims (8)
- (A) 방향족 폴리에스테르 45 내지 70중량% 및 (B) (a) 탄소원자 1000개당 약 0.1 내지 약 16개의 에폭시기로 관능화되고, 약 0.1 내지 약 20중량%의 에폭시 함유 그라프트화 물질을 함유하는 EPDM 고무 1 내지 99중량% 및 (b) 탄소원자 1000개 당 약 0.1 내지 약 16개의 열에 불안정한 카르복실산 생성 에스테르기로 관능화되고, 약 0.01 내지 약 20중량%의 에스테르 함유 그라프트화 물질을 함유하는 EPDM 고무 99 내지 1중량%로 필수적으로 구성된 관능화 EPDM 고무 30 내지 55중량%로 이루어진 용융 압출된 혼합물의 압출물로 이루어진 열가소성 엘라스토머.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리에스테르가 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 열가소성 엘라스토머.
- 제1항에 있어서, EPDM 고무가 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트기로 관능화된 열가소성 엘라스토머.
- 제1항에 있어서, EPDM 고무가 t-부틸메타크릴레이트기로 관능화된 열가소성 엘라스토머.
- 방향족 열가소성 폴리에스테르, 탄소원자 1000개 당 약 0.1 내지 약 16개의 에폭시기로 관능화되고 약 0.01 내지 약 20중량%의 에폭시기 함유 그라프트화 물질을 함유하는 EPDM 고무 및 탄소원자 1000개 당 약 0.1 내지 약 16개의 열에 불안정한 카르복실산 생성 에스테르기로 관능화된 EPDM 고무의 혼합물을 150℃ 내지 350℃의 온도에서 용융 압출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 동적 가황화 열가소성 엘라스토머의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 방향족 열가소성 폴리에스테르가 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 에폭시기로 관능화된 EPDM 고무가 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트기로 관능화된 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, EPDM 고무가 열에 불안정한 t-부틸메타크릴레이트기로 관능화된 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
