Abstract
알코올을 촉매인 염화통과 또한 촉매 재생제인 염산이 있는 곳에서 일산화탄소와 산소 기체혼합물과 반응시켜 디알킬 카보네이트를 제조한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 장치를 보여주는 다이어그램이다.
Claims (9)
- (1) C1-C4알코올로 이루어진 반응매질에 할로겐화동 카르보닐화 반응 촉매를 분산시키고, (2) 이분산물은 할로겐산의 존재하에서 일산화탄소와 탄소로된 기체 혼합물을 반응시키고 이때의 할로겐화물은 촉매와 동종으로서 디알킬카보네이트, 물, 특히 무반응한 알코올을 함유하는 액체 합성혼합물을 수득하고, (3) 디알킬카보네이트를 합성혼합물로부터 회수하는 단계로 구성되며 한편 20이상의 고생성율과 고선택성을 갖고 반응기 부피 1리터당 1시간에 약 200g의 디알킬카보네이트를 생성하고 무한시간동안 일정상태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디알킬카보네이트 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성촉매는 염화동으로 구성되며 메탄올과 에탄올속에 분산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일산화탄소와 산소의 몰비율은 화학량톤치보다 더크고 3/1 내지 100/1 특히 20/1 내지 100/1인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 전술한 항중 한항에 있어서, 할로겐질산은 염산이고, 촉매속에서 할로겐/동 비율을 약1로 유지할 수 있는 정도의 양을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 전술한 항중 한항에 있어서, 공급된 할로겐질산은 생성된 디알킬카보네이트 1몰당 0.001내지 0.1몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 전술한 항중 한항에 있어서, 반응된 50 내지 200℃온도와 대기압 내지 100기압의 압력에서 실행되고 촉매량은 액체반응 혼합물의 10 내지 300g/리터인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 전술한 항중 한항에 있어서, 디알킬카보네이트는 증류, 여과, 분리, 원심분리, 탈혼합, 고체흡수제상의 흡수 또는 선택적막을 통한 투과등의 분리기술로 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- a)메탄올, 염산, 일산화탄소 또는 산소를 메탄올, 디메틸 카보네이트 물과 또한 염화동 기초촉매를 함유한 반응매질속에 공급하고, 반응 조건하에서 유지하며, b) 반응혼합물에서 메탄올, 물, 디메틸카보네이트로 구성된 기체흐름을 제거하고 이 흐름은 일산화탄소 함유 기체흐름과 함께 존재하고, c)반응과정에서 생긴것과 같은 양의 증발혼합물로부터 물과 디메틸카보네이트를 회수하고 다른 성분들은 반응환경으로 재순환시키는 것으로 구성되며 한편 반응환경에 들어있는 액체 혼합물의 조성과 부피는 일정시간동안 지속시키고 메탄올 농도가 혼합물의 30중량% 이상이거나 동등하고 물의 함량은 10중량%이거나 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 반응혼합물속의 메탄올 농도는 30 내지 80중량% 범위이고 물함량은 1내지 10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
