Abstract

본 발명은 플로어판넬(2)의 전후방향으로 한쌍의 슬라이드레일(3), (4)을 설치하고, 이 슬라이드레일(3), (4)의 후단부가 차체에 지지된 부재(7)에 연결된 프론트시트의 설치구조에 관한 것이다. 차체의 진동이 부재(7)을 통해 프론트시트(1)에 전달되는 것을 막기위해 상기 부재(7)의 고유진동수를 변화시키고 이에 의해 프론트시트(1)에 전달되는 진동을 제한한다.

제2도a도는 제1도의 후단측을 확대하여 예시한 사시도,
제2b도는 제2a도의 A-A선을 따라 취한 단면도,
제3도는 제1도의 바깥쪽 슬라이드 레일의 전단부를 예시한 분해 사시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 플로어판넬의 전후방향에 장착된 프론트시트에 한쌍의 슬라이드 레일을 설치하고, 이 슬레이드레일의 후단부를 차체에 의해 지지된 부재에 연결한 프론트시트의 설치구조에 있어서, 차체의 진동이 부재를 통해 프론트시트에 전달되지 못하도록 상기 부재의 고유진동수가 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프론트시트의 설치구조.
  2. 플로어판넬에 설치된 휠하우스상에 장착된 프론트시트의 바깥쪽에 슬라이드레일이 있는 프론트시트의 설치구조에 있어서, 상기 바깥쪽의 슬라이드레일의 전단부는 상기 휠하우스에 설치된 지주에 고정되고, 상기 안쪽 슬라이드레일의 전단부는 플로어판넬에 설치된 차체 브래킷에 고정되며 이들 안쪽과 바깥쪽 슬라이드레일의 후단부는 공통부재에 장착되고, 공통부재의 일단부는 사이드판넬에 고정되며, 타단부는 플로어판넬에 직립설치된 브래킷에 고정됨으로써 상기 부재의 고유진동수가 변화되어 차체의 진동이 부재를 통해 프론트시트로 전달되는 것을 차단함을 특징으로 하는 프로트시트의 설치구조.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 진동흡수제의 압력 끼워맞춤되는 파이프가 상기 부재로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 프로트시트의 설치구조.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 진동흡수제로서 고무 혹은 수지가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 프론트시트의 설치구조.
