Abstract

장섬유로 보강된 열가소성 물질의 과립의 가소화용 장치에서, 실린더축에 수직으로 피봇가능하게 설치되는 배출 실린더(8)의 한쪽 단부는 배출램(9)에 의해 폐쇄되며, 스터핑 및 가소화 장치는 배출 실린더(8)의 다른 단부에 마주하게 배열된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 장섬유 보강 열가소성 과립의 가소화 장치에 있어서, 실린더축에 수직적으로 피봇가능하게 설치된 배출 실린더(8)에서, 한쪽 단부는 배출램(9)에 의해 폐쇄되고 스터핑 및 가소화 장치는 다른 단부와 마주하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장섬유 보강 열가소성 과립의 가소화 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스터핑 및 가소화 장치는 온도 제어 수단을 갖는 깔대기를 포함하며, 상기 깔때기의 원뿔꼴의 입구부(2)와 원통형의 배출부(5)에 저부 엣지 클리어런스 스크류(3)가 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장섬유보강 열가소성 과립의 가소화 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스터핑 및 가소화 장치는 가소화 램(12)과 온도 제어 수단을 갖는 실린더(14)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장섬유 보강 열가소성 과립의 가소화 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 실린더(14)는 온도 제어 장치를 갖는 코어를 갖추며 상기 가소화 램(12)은 환형으로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장섬유 보강 열가소성 과립의 가소화 장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가소화 램(12)은 상기 실린더 개구(1)를 깨끗이 하기 위해 옆으로 제거될 수 있게 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장섬유 보강 열가소성 과립의 가소화 장치.
