Claims (3)
- 광을 투과시키기 위한 광 투과율 보정필터(2a)와 상기 보정필터(2a)는 크기가 다른 망상의 선 또는 소정크기의 원형의 배열에 의한 위치에 따라 다르게 분포되는 광흡수 물질로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 칼라 음극선관 노광용 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광흡수 물질은 보정필터의 중심부가 바깥쪽보다 많이 분포됨을 특징으로 하는 칼라 음극선관 노광용 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광투과율 보정필터(2a)는 노광하고자 하는 노광면의 서로 직교하는 장변축과 단변축의 두 축 방향으로 각각 주기운동을 하는 구동장치에 의해 구동됨을 특징으로 하는 칼라 음극선관 노광용 필터.
