Claims (2)
- 중심에 원통부를 배설한 금속성의 부싱(1)과, 이 부싱(1)의 상기 원통부의 외주측에 수납부를 형성하도록 상기 부싱(1)을 인서트 성형하여 이루어지는 수지케이스(3)와, 상기 원통부에 따라 수납부내에 압전소자(5), 터미널(6), 웨이트(8)의 순으로 수납한 구성부품을 고정하기 위해 상기 원통부의 선단부에 체결된 너트(9)와 상기 구성부품 및 상기 너트(9)를 밀봉하는 충진제(10)로 이루어지며, 진동검출방향에 대하여 상기 수납부의 한쪽을 개방구로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 진동검출기.
- 압전소자(5, 25) 및 이 압전소자(5, 25)에 관성응력을 작용시키는 웨이트(8, 29)로 이루어지는 진동-전기변환부(2, 22)와, 이 진동-전기변환부를 수납한 외위체(外圍體)(3, 23)와, 상기 진동-전기변환부(2, 22)의 주위에 충진된 겔상 실리콘수지로 이루어지는 제1의 충진제(20)와, 상기 진동-전기변환부(2, 22) 및 상기 제1의 충진제(20)를 덮어 충진되어 상기 제1의 충진제(20)보다도 단단한 제2의 충진제(30)를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 검출기.
