Claims (22)

  1. 중합체와 저분자물질을 함유한 시료로부터 분석 목표 중합체를 분리해내는 방법에 있어서, 상기 시료에 상기 분석목표중합체와 같거나 또는 다른 중합체가 결합된 불용성 담체를 접촉시켜 실질상 포화시켜서, 상기 저분자 물질을 상기 불용성 담체상에 흡착시킴으로써 상기 담체에 비흡착된 분석목표 중합체를 시료로부터 분리함을 특징으로 하는 중합체 분리 방법.
  2. 저분자 물질이 분석목표중합체에 특이적으로 결합되었는지 여부를 판정하는 방법에 있어서, 분석목표 중합체와 저분자물짙을 같거나 또는 다른 중합체가 미리 결합된 불용성 담제에 접촉시켜 실질상 포화시키고, 상기 불용성 담체에 비흡착된 저분자물질의 양을 분석함으로써, 상기 분석 목표중합체에 특이적으로 결합된 저분자물질의 양을 구함을 특징으로 하는 판정방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불용성 담체에 결합된 중합체가 생물에서 얻어진 중합체 또는 합성물인 것이 특징인 판정방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 생물에서 얻은 중합체가 핵산인 것이 특징인 판정방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 핵산이 DNA인 것이 특징인 판정방법
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불용성 담체가 흡착제인 것이 특징인 판정방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제가 활성알루미나 또는 활성목탄인 것이 특징인 판정방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저분자물질의 분자량이 상기 분석목표중합체보다 분자량이 더 낮은 것이 특징인 판정방법.
  9. 제2항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 저분자 물질이 올리고뉴클레오티드, 폴리뉴클레오티드 및 단백질중 적어도 하나를 함유하는 것이 특징인 판정방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 올리고뉴클레오티드 또는 폴리뉴플레오티드가 혼성화용으로 사용되는 표지된 프로브인 것이 특징인 판정방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 단백질이 표지된 항체인 것이 특징인 판정방법.
  12. 제2항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 분석목표 중합체가 핵산인 것이 특징인 판정방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 핵산중 염기수가 1,000 염기이상인 것이 특징인 판정방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 핵산이 항원 또는 리간드와 결합된 것이 특징인 판정방법.
  15. 항원, 이와 동일한 항원과 결합된 핵산 및 표지된 항체의 혼합물을 중합체와 결합된 불용성 담체와 접촉시켜 실질성 포화시키고, 상기 불용성 담체에 비흡착된 표지된 항체의 양을 분석하는 것이 특징인 항원량 측정방법.
  16. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분석 목표 중합체가 핵산이고, 저분자 물질이 상기 핵산에 대한 올리고뉴를로오티드 프로브인 것이 특징인 판정방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 표지된 항체를 갖는 프로브에 결합된 항원을 항원에 결합시키고, 상기 볼용성 담체에 비흡착된 표지된 항체의 양을 측정함으로서, 상기 핵산에 결합된 프로브의 양을 측정하는 것이 특징인 판정방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 항원이 헵텐인 것이 특징인 판정방법.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 표지된 항체가, 효소, 형광물질, 발광물질, 염료, 조효소, 헵텐, 방사성 동위원소, 또는 효소순환 가능한 기질중 어느 하나인 것이 특징인 판정방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 효소가 트리오스 포스페이트 이성화제, 퍼옥시다제, 알칼린 포스파타제, 애시드 포스파타제 및 β-갈락토시다제중에서 선택된 것이 특징인 판정방법.
  21. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 분석목표핵산이 효소반응용 기질 또는 템플레이트로서 작용하는 것이 특징인 판정방법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서 상기 효소가 DNA폴리머라제, RAN폴리머라제, 말단 전이효소, 폴리뉴클레오티드 키나제, 뉴클레마제 S1 및 리가제 중에서 선택된 것이 특징인 판정방법.
