Claims (4)

  1. 그 주변부에서 하우징에 고착되어 압력 감지면을 이루는 진동소자를 가진 압력 센서와, 검출할 부위와 접촉되는 접합면을 가진 접합부의 이 접합부의 배면측의 대략 중앙으로부터 돌출되는 전달부로 이루어진 압력전달 부재를 구비하고, 상기 압력전달부재의 선단면의 면적은 상기 압력센서의 압력감지면의 면적보다 작고, 상기 전달부는 그 선단면에서 상기 압력센서의 압력감지면의 대략 중앙에 고착되며, 상기 접합부의 접합면의 면적은 상기 전달부의 선단면의 면적보다 크게 되어 있고, 상기 압력전달부재가 상기 접합부가 접합면상에 가해지는 압력을 상기 전달부의 선단면을 통하여 상기 압력센서의 압력감지면에 전달하도록 배설된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력검출장치.
  2. 그 주변부에서 하우징에 고착되어 압력감지면을 헝성하는 진동 소자를 가진 압력센서로 이루어진 제1및 제2압력검출수단과, 검출할 부위와 접촉되는 접촉면을 가진 접합부와 이 접합부의 배면측의 대략 중앙으로부터 돌출되는 전달부로 이루어진 압력전달 부재와, 상기 제1및 제2압력검출수단으로부터의 검출출력간의 시간차와 상기 제1및 제2압력검출수단 사이의 간격을 기초로 하여 압력 전달속도를 판별하기 위한 수단을 구비하고, 상기 압력전달부재의 선단면의 면적은 상기 압력센서의 압력감지면의 면적보다 작고, 상기 전달부는 그 선단면에서 상기 압력센서의 압력감지면의 대략 중앙에 고착되며, 상기 접합부의 접합면의 면적은 상기 전달부의 선단면의 면적보다 크게 되어 있고, 상기 압력전달부재가 상기 접합부의 접합면상에 가해지는 압력을 상기 전달부의 선단면을 통하여 상기 압력센서의 압력감지면에 전달하도록 배설된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력전달속도검출장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 압력전달속도를 판별하기 위한 상기 수단은 상기 제1및 제2압력검출수단에 의해 실행되는 압력검출값의 시간차를 측정하기 위한 수단과, 상기 시간차측정수단에 의해 측정된 시간차와 상기 제 1및 제2압력검출수단 사이의 간격에 기초하여 압력전달속도를 연산하기 위한 수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력전달속도검출장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 시간차측정수단은 상기 제1및 제2압력 검출수단으로부터의 출력의 각 에지를 검출하기 위한 수단과, 상기 제1및 제2압력검출수단으로부터의 검출출력의 에지간의 시간차를 연산하기 위한 수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력전달속도검출장치.
