Claims (18)

  1. 콘택트렌즈 모울드부재를 그 원주변에 대하여 결합시키고, 그후 상기 결합을 분리시킬 수 있는 콘택트렌즈 모울드부재의 결합 방법에 있어서, 콘택트렌즈 모울드부재중 적어도 어느 하나가 렌즈 옵티컬 표면을 형성하는 영역 외부에 형성된 에너지 디렉터를 갖는, 초음파 용접에 대해 적절한 물질로 콘택트렌즈 모울드 부재를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 모울드부재중 어느 하나를 고정 유지시키는 단계와, 상기 에너지 디렉터의 연화를 개시하기에 필요한 그리고 모든 에너지 디렉터를 연화시키기에 필요한 시간 주기동안 상기 모울드부재중 다른 하나에 초음파 진동 에너지를 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈 모울드부재 결합 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 초음파 에너지의 적용은 외부 오목부를 포함하는 모울드부재의 외부 오목부내에 초음파 에너지 발생 호온을 위치시키므로써 수행되며 다른 모울드부재는 고정 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈 모울드부재 결합 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 원심력이 초음파 발생 호온에 부착된 비에너지 발생링에 의하여 외부 오목부를 포함하는 모울드부재에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈 모울드부재 결합 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모울드부재중 어느 하나의 옴티칼 렌즈부를 에워싸는 플랜지상에 초음파 에너지 발생 호온을 위치시키고 용접을 시작하기 위하여 초음파 에너지를 제공하기 전에 상기 모울드 부재를 정렬시키므로써 한 모울드부재가 다른 모울드 부재에 대해 중심 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈 모울드 부재 결합 방법.
  5. 콘택트렌즈를 모울딩하는 방법에 있어서, 초음파 용접에 대해 적절한 물질로 콘택트렌즈 모울드 부재를 형성하는 단계와, 내부 오목부를 포함하는 모울드부재에 단위체 혼합물을 공급하는 단계와, 내부 볼록부를 포함하는 상기 모울드부재를 내부 오목부위에 위치시키는 단계와, 상기 모울드부재를 정렬시키는 단계와, 상기 모울드 부재를 결합시키기 위하여 모울드부재에 힘을 제공하는 단계와, 상기 모울드부재에 연화 및 부분 변형을 일으켜 상기 부재를 융합시키거나 충분한 크기의 존속 기간의 초음파 에너지를 상기 부재중 하나에 제공하는 단계와, 상기 단위체 혼합물을 중화시키는 단계, 상기 모울드부재를 분리시키는 단계와, 상기 중합화된 콘택트렌즈를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈 모울딩 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 초음파 에너지의 적용은 외부 오목부를 포함하는 모울드부재의 외부 오목부내에 초음파 에너지 발생 호온을 위치시키므로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈 모울딩 방법.
  7. 콘택트렌즈를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 하나가 내부 오목부를 포함하고 다른 하나가 외부 오목부를 포함하며 둘다 초음파 용접에 대해 적절한 물질로 이루어진 적어도 두 부재로 구성된 콘택트렌즈 모울드와, 내부 오목 모울드부를 포함하는 상기 부재에 단위체 혼합물을 공급하기 위한 수단과, 내부 오목 모울드부를 포함하는 부재와 외부 오목모울드부를 포함하는 부재를, 상기 부재의 렌즈 옵티칼 표면을 형성하는 영역에 대해 외부의 경로를 따라 결합시키기 위한 수단과, 상기 모울드부재의 결합면에서 모울드 물질의 마찰 유도 연화를 발생시키기 위한 초음파 에너지 발생 호온과, 상기 모울드부재를 분리시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈 제조 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 초음파 에너지 발생 호온은 렌즈 모울드의 외부 오묵부의 공동 내부를 연장할 수 있는 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈 제조 장치.
  9. 에너지 디렉터를 갖는 콘텍트렌즈를 모울드 부재를 상기 부재의 렌즈 옵티컬 표면을 형성하는 영역에 대해 외부 경로를 따라 해체 가능하게 결합시키기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 부재중 어느 하나를 고정 유도하기 위하 수단과, 외부 오목부를 포함하는 상기 부재의 이러한 오목부 내부를 연장할 수 있는 크기를 갖는 초음파 에너지 호온과, 에너지 디렉터의 연화를 개시하기에 필요한 그리고 모든 에너지 디렉터를 연화시키기에 필요한 기간 동안 주파수와 진폭의 초음파 에너지를 발생시키는 호온에 결합된 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 외부 오목 모울드부를 포함하는 모울드 부재에 원심력을 제공하기 위하여 초음파 에너지 호온에 부착된 비에너지 발생링도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 인공 아이렌즈 모울드부재를 그 원주변에 대하여 결합하고, 상기 결합을 후에 분리시킬 수 있는 인공 아이렌즈 모울드부재의 결합 방법에 있어서, 상기 렌즈 모울드부재중 적어도 어느 하나가 렌즈 옵티컬 표면을 형성하는 영역 외부에 형성된 디렉터를 갖는, 국부 가열에 대해 적합한 물질로 렌즈 모울드 부재를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 모울드부재중 어느 하나를 고정 유지시키는 단계와, 상기 모울드부재를 접촉시켜, 렌즈형 캐비티를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 에너지 디렉터의 연화를 개시하기에 필요한 그리고 모든 에너지 디렉트를 연화시키기에 필요한 시간 주기 동안 상기 모울드부재중 어느 하나에 유향 에너지를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 아이 렌즈 모울드부채 결합방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 유향 에너지는 접촉 방행에 직각으로 비고정 모울드부재에 선형 진동을 제공하여 마찰 유도 가열에 의해 연화를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 아이 렌즈 모울드부재 결합 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 유향 에너지는 상기 모울드부재를 접촉 위치시키기 이전에 가열된 플라텐과 접촉하므로써 비고정 모울드부재에 열이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 아이 렌즈 모울드부재 결합 방법.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 유향 에너지는 마찰 유도 가열에 의해 연화시키도록 모울드부재의 회전 대칭축 둘레로 비고정 모울드부재에 제공된 회전 운동인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 아이 렌즈 모울드부재 결합 방법.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 유향 에너지는 연화된 에너지 디렉터에 제공된 무선 주파수 전자기 에너지인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 아이 렌즈 모우드부재 결합 방법.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 유향 에너지는 연화된 에너지 디렉터에 초점이 맞추어진 적외선 복사인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 아이 렌즈 모울드부재 결합 방법.
  17. 인공 아이 렌즈를 모울딩하는 방법에 있어서, 음향 에너지 용접에 대해 적절한 물질로 렌즈 모울드 부재를 형성하는 단계와, 내부 오목부를 포함하는 모울드부재에 단위체 혼합물을 공급하는 단계와, 다른 모울드부재를 내부 오목부 위에 위치시키는 단계와, 상기 모울드부재를 정렬시키는 단계와, 상기 모울드부재를 겹합시키기 위하여 모울드부재에 힘을 제공하는 단계와, 상기 모울드부재에 연화 및 부분 병형을 일으켜 상기 부재를 융합시키기에 충분한 크기와 존슨 기간의 초음파 에너지를 상기 부재중 하나에 제공하는 단계와, 상기 단위체 혼합물을 중합화시키는 단계와, 상기 모울드부재를 분리시키는 단계와, 상기 중합화된 인공 아이 렌즈를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 아이 렌즈 모울딩 방법.
  18. 인공 아이 렌즈를 제조하는 장치에 있어서, 하나가 전방 옵티컬 표면부를 포함하고 다른 하나가 후방 옵티컬 표면부를 포함하며, 둘다 유향 에너지 용접에 대해 적절한 물질로 이루어진 적어도 두 부재로 구성된 콘택트렌즈 모울드와, 상기 옵티컬 표면 모울드부를 포함하는 상기 부재중 하나에 단위체 혼합물을 공급하기 위한 수단과, 전방 옵티컬 표면 모울드부를 포함하는 부재와 후방 옵티컬 표면 모울드부를 포함하는 부재를, 상기 부재의 렌즈 옵티컬 표면을 형성하는 영역에 대해 외부의 경로를 따라 결합시키기 위한 수단과, 상기 모울드부재의 결합면에서 모울드 물질의 연화를 발생시키기에 충분한 에너지 출력부를 갖는 유향 에너지 발생 방출기와, 상기 단위체 혼합물을 중합화시키는 수단과, 상기 모울드부재를 분리시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 아이 렌즈 제조 장치.
