제3도는 본 발명의 작동을 도식적으로 설명한다.

Claims (10)

  1. a) 다수의 개구부가 있는 상부를 가지고 약물를 함유하기 위한 내부 용기; b) 내부 용기를 둘러싸고 그 안에 하나이상의 틈을 가진 상부 또는 뚜껑을 가지는 전체 장치를 투여장소를 향해 흔들때, 임의 응집된 약물을 제거하고 그것을 투여장소로 분산시키도록, 내부 용기를 외피내에서 앞뒤로 자유롭게 미끄러지도록 허용하기에 충분히 큰 외피로 구성되는, 분말, 미소형상 또는 미소입자의 형태로 약제물을 국소 투여하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다수의 개구부가 간막이 또는 망사의 형태인 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 의학적으로 수용 가능한 살균성 물질로 조립되는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 외피 상부 또는 뚜껑이 제거될 수 있는 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 내부 용기의 상부에 있는 다수의 개구부의 크기가 약물이 투여 장소에 고르게 분산되는 약물 입자의 크기에 직접 비례하는 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 약물이 항생물질, 항진균성 물질, 살포제 또는 창상 드레싱으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 약물이 미노사이클린인 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 미노사이클린 마이크로캡슈울, 미소입자 또는 미소구의 형태인 장치.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 약물이 마이크로캡슈울, 미소입자 또는 미소구의 형태인 장치.
  10. a) 그내에 다수의 개구부가 있는 상부를 가지는, 약물을 함유하기 위한 내부 용기; b) 내부 용기를 둘러싸고 그안에 하나이상의 틈이 있는 상부 또는 뚜껑 및 제거할 수 있는 바닥을 가지는 외피; c) 이때, 전체 장치를 투여 장소를 향해 흔들때 임의 응집된 약물을 제거하고 그것을 투여 장소로 분산시키도록 내부용기가 외피 내에서 앞뒤로 자유롭게 미끄러지도록 허용할 만큼 충분히 큰 외부 껍데기로 구성되는 분말, 미소구 또는 미소입자의 형태로 약물을 국소 투여하는 장치.
