판넬(P)을 일정주기로 공급하는 컨베이어(2)에 연속해서 직교방향으로 배치되는 다수의 로울러(12)를 상면에 보유하고, 이들 로울러(12)의 연장방향 종단에 감지스위치(36)를 연동시키는 감지아암(14)이 배치되며, 상기 컨베이어(2)로부터 판넬(P)을 상기 로울러(12) 상으로 인계하기 위한 캐리어수단(16)이 상기 로울러(12)의 하측방에 승강 가능하게 설치되어 있는 방향전환부(45)와, 개폐실 린더(52)의 랙기어(50)에 치합된 피니온(54)의 회전으로 일정각도 정역회전 가능한 1쌍의 회전축(46)으로부터 일체로 연장되고, 출구방향 종단에 판넬(P)을 정지시키는 스톱퍼(58) 및 이에 연동하는 감지스위치(62)가 설치된 프레임(48)을 보유하고, 이 프레임(48)상에 지지되는 게이트컨베이어(44)를 타고 공급되어 상기 스톱퍼(58)에 의해 정지되는 판넬(P)의 측변 중앙부 양측을 선단의 홀딩패드(66)로 측압하여 회전가능하게 가고정시키기 위한 1쌍의 록킹실린더(64)가 상기 게이트컨베이어(44)의 외측방에 대향 배치되어 있음과 아울러 상기 게이트컨베이어(44)의 상방 및 하방 소정위치에 검사용 광원(68)(70)이 배치되어 있는 검사부(6)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 브라운관용 벌브 전면유리(판넬)의 검사장치.A plurality of rollers 12 arranged in the orthogonal direction in succession to the conveyor 2 for supplying the panel P at regular intervals are held on the upper surface, and the sensing switch 36 is interlocked with the extension direction ends of these rollers 12.
