본 고안은 비디오 테이프 카세트에 있어서, 테이프에 이물질의 접촉을 방지하기 위해 케이스의 앞면측에 추착되는 리드(Lid) 커버의 회동시에 함께 연동되면서 테이프를 감싸는 역활을 하는 보조리드의 회동장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 보조리드는 제1도 및 제2도의 도시와 같이 테이프 카세트(10)의 상부하부(40)에 형성된 "" 형 절결홈(40')내에 덮개부(30'')에 끼워지고 리드커버(20)의 회동과 함께 연동되면서 몸체부(30')가 균일한 높이의 일직선으로 형성된 리드커버(20)의 후측단부(20')에 닿게되면 회동이 제지됨으로써 테이프에 대응되는 입구(50)의 폭이 좁아 테이프의 포위작동이 원활하지 못하였고, 또한 테이프에 손상을 줄 염려가 있는 등의 불편이 있었다.
본 고안은 이러한 종래의 불편을 해소하기 위해 안출한 것으로써 보조리드 몸체부에 대응되는 리드커버 후측단부의 형태를 변경하여 결합축을 중심으로 한 보조리드의 회동각도가 크게 이루어지게 함으로 입구의 폭이 보다 넓어지게 한 것이다.
이하 본 고안을 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
공지의 테이프 카세트(1)에 있어서, 리드커버(2)의 후측단부에 "" 형 절결홈(2')을 형성하여 보조리드(3)의 주몸체(3')에 보조리드의 회동시 대응되도록 구성한 것으로써, 미설명 부호 4는 결합축, 5는 입구이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 제5도의 도시와 같이 리드커버(2)의 회동과 동시에 결합축(4)을 중심으로 보조리드(3)가 연동되면서 주몸체(3')가 리드커버(2)의 후측단부 "" 절결홈(2') 말단에 접촉될때까지 회동이 가능하므로 종래 보조리드의 회동각도보다 상대적으로 크게되어 테이프에 대응되는 입구(5)의 폭이 그만큼 넓어지게 됨으로써 테이프의 포위작동이 원활해지고 따라서 테이프에 손상을 줄 염려가 대폭 줄어들게된 효과가 있다.

  1. 리드커버의 회동시 리드커버와 함께 연동하는 보조리드를 갖는 비디오 테이프 카세트에 있어서, 리드커버(2)의 우측단부에 "" 형 절결홈(2')을 형성하여 보조리드(3)의 주몸체(3')에 보조리드(3)의 회동시 대응되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프 카세트용 보조리드의 회동장치.
