Claims (8)

  1. 내화입자 및 산화가능한 금속입자의 혼합물을 포함하는 물질의 조성물이 산소함유 가스와 함께 랜스를 통해, 산화 가능한 입자가 혼합물의 다른 입자의 적어도 부분적 용융을 일으켜 발열 반응하는 표면으로 방출되므로, 그 자체와 표면으로, 세라믹 용접이 형성되는 세라믹 용접방법에 있어서, 설명한 것과 같은 내화입자의 조화 평균크기는 300미크론 이상 1000미크론 사이에 있으며, 설명한 것과 같은 내화입자의 크기 범위 확산 계수는 0.4 이상 1.1 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 용접방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조화 평균크기는 400미크론 이상 700미크론 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 크기 범위확산 계수는 0.5 이상 1.0 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 선행하는 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물질의 조성물은 내화 산화물 입자 및 실리콘 분말의 혼합물, 기본적인 형태로 혼합물의 성분만이 되는 실리콘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 실리콘 분말은 무게로 하여 전체 혼합물의 10-18%의 범위에 있는 혼합물에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 실리콘 분말은 무게로 하여 전체 혼합물의 12-16%의 범위에 있는 혼합물에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제4 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리콘의 최대 크기는 125미크론 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제4 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내화입자는 분쇄된 실리카 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
