제3도는 본원 발명의 클러치 작동 지연장치중 실린더로드를 릴리이 스포크에 연결 고정하고 있는 상태도.

Claims (2)

  1. 실린더(11)에 제1유출구(111)와 제2유출구(112)와 유입구(113)를 형성하여 피스톤(12)이 실린더(11)내에서 왕복 운동하도록 조립하여 되는 클러치 작동부(1)와, 몸체(21)에 유입로(22)와 유출로(23)와, 조절간 조립구멍(25)을 상호연통되도록 형성하여 연통지점에는 밀착보올(24)를 위치시키며 조절간 조립구멍(25)에는 조절간(26)를 조립하여 되는 작동유 유출조절부(2)로 구성하여 상기 제2유출구(112)와 유입로(22)는 연결관(5)으로 연결하고, 클러치 작동부(1)의 제1유출구(111)와 유입구(113)와 작동유 유출조절부(2)의 유출로(23)는 작동유탱크(3)에 관으로서 연결하되, 상기 유입구(113)로는 작동유의 유출을 차단하며 조절간(26)은 가속패달(108)의 조작에 따라 회동하도록 하고 피스톤로드(121)는 클러치(C)의 릴이스 포크(101)에 연결하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치의 작동지연 장치.
  2. 클러치 패달을 가압함에 따라서 실린더내로 작동유를 유입하고 클러치 패달을 놓음에 따라 실린더내의 작동유를 유출시키는 클러치 작동부의 작동유 유출을 가속패달의 조작에 따라 작동되는 자동유 유출조절부로 조절하여 클러치 패달을 놓은 상태에서는 반 클러치의 상태가 되고 가속패달을 가압함에 따라서 완클러치의 상태가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치의 작동지연 방법.
