Claims (1)

  1. 호박 원료를 선별 세척하는 1단계 공정에서 2단계 습식 분쇄기로 (슈퍼밀 분쇄) 미세하게 분쇄하여 90-100℃에서 4-5시간 삶을 적게 증기를 방출시키지 않는 것과의 제2공정과 3단계 공정에서 제2단계 공정에서 얻어진 것을 여과하여 그액으로 송풍온도 150-200℃와 배풍온도 80-100℃ 분무식 건조분말하는 방식의 제2-제3공정을 채택함을 특징으로 하는 분말 호박죽의 제조방법.
