Claims (1)
- 팥을 복합 인삼염 0.01~0.2% 수용액에 수침하고, 1차 증자후, 식염 0.5~1% 수용액에서 2차 증자한 다음, 증자한 팥을 저농도의 설탕, 솔비톨 수용액에 1차 당침하고, 이어서 고농도의 설탕, 솔비톨 수용액에 2차 당침함을 특징으로 하는 동결시 연화된 조직을 갖는 당침 통팥 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
