Claims (8)

  1. 하기 일반식의 아미노 그룹을 함유하는 안정한 폴리아민-작용성 알콕시실란 수지.
    상기 식에서, X는 탄소, 질소 또는 산소원자이다.
  2. (i) 폴리카복실산, 폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리카복실산의 아릴 또는 저급 알킬 에스테르, 폴리카르밤산의 아릴 또는 저급알킬 에스테르, 또는 폴리카본산의 아릴 또는 저급알킬 에스테르, (ii) 하이드록시-및 아민-작용성 화합물, 및 (iii) 아미노알콕시실란 화합물을 반응시킴으로써 제조된 제1항의 알콕시 실란 수지.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 성분(i)이 폴리카복실산 또는 폴리카복실산의 아릴 또는 저급 알킬 에스테르인 알콕시실란 수지.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하이드록시-및 아민-작용성 화합물이 아미노 알콜, 아미노 폴리알콜, 폴리아민 알콜 또는 폴리아미노 폴리 알콜인 알콕시실란 수지.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 하이드록시-및 아민-작용성 화합물이 디이소프로판올 아민, 디에탄올아민, 디이소부탄올아민, 에탄올아민, 이소프로판올아민, N-아미노에틸-에탄올아민, 아미노메틸프로판올 또는 N-아미노프로필-디에탄올아민인 알콕시실란수지.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아미노알콕시실란이 하기 일반식을 갖는 알콕시실란 수지.

    상기 식에서, R은 수소, 탄소수, 4이하의 알킬그룹, 또는 알킬 그룹내의 탄소수가 6이하인 아미노알킬 그룹, 알킬아미노알킬 그룹 또는 알콕시실라노 알킬 그룹이고, R1은 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알킬렌, 사이클로알킬렌 또는 아릴그룹이며, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬 그룹, 사이클로알킬 또는 아릴 그룹이고, R3은 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹이며, m은 0 또는 1이고, n은 2 내지 3이며, (m+n)은 3이다.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 아미노알콕시실란이 아미노에틸트리메톡시실란, 아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, 아미노프로필트리에톡시실란 , 아미노프로필디메톡시메틸실란, 아미노프로필디에톡시메틸실란, 아미노에틸-감마-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란 또는 아미노 비스(프로필트리메톡시실란)인 알콕시실란 수지.
  8. 제1항의 알콕시실란 수지 및 에폭시-함유 물질을 포함하는 경화성 조성물.
