  1. 일반식
    의 시약 또는 이 물질들에 대응하는 카-보닐 산화형 시약을 일반식
    을 갖는 피페라진과 일반식
    인 물질로 각각 적합한 반응성-불활성 용매내에서 반응시켜서 광학이성체이면서 이물질의 산철가염임을 약제로서 사용 가능한 일반식
    인 N-아릴-피페라진알칸아미이드를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 카본산 유도체인
    이나
    을 적당한 반응성 불활성 용매내에서 일반식
    을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 일반식
    이거나
    인 디아민을 일반식 (★스캔) (XI)나 W-CH2-CH2-W1(XⅢ)인 시악으로 반응성 불활성 용매내에서 반응시킴을 특징으로하는 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)을 제조하는 방법.

(여기서, R1은 수소화 저급알킬로된 그룹에서 선택된 일원, X는 하이드록시 저급알킬, 저급알킬옥시, 저급알킬, 아미노카보닐, 모노 및 디(저급알킬(아미노카보닐, 카복실, 저급알킬옥시카보닐(아미노카보닐)저급알킬, [모노 및 디(저급알킬)아미노카보닐]-저급알킬, 카복시저급알킬, (저급알킬옥시카보닐)저급알킬 및 하이드록시 저급알킬)아미노카보닐로된 그룹으로부터 선택된 일원, m은 정수 1 혹은 2이고, R2은 수소와 저급알킬로된 그룹에서 선택된 일종, R3,R4와 R5는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 하이드록시 저급알킬, 저급알킬옥시, 할로, 삼불화메틸, 저급알킬카보닐, 아미노카보닐, 저급알킬옥시카보닐, 사이노, 아미노, 모노-와 디-(저급알킬)아미노, (저급알킬카보닐)아미노와 (아미노카보닐)아미노로된 그룹으로부터 선택되는데 R3및 또는 R4는 니트로일수도 있으며, R은 일반식
