Claims (14)

  1. 하나이상의 유효성분, 수지/또는 당의 용액을 과립상에 분무하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반추동물을 사료 공급 또는 처리하려는 식이성 및/또는 약제 유효성분의 과립을 매끈하게 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 리진 히드로클로라이드의 용액이 리진 및/또는 메티오닌의 과립상에 분무되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 리진 히드로클로라이드의 수용액이 리진 히드로클로라이드 결정위에 분무되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 물100g 당 70내지 150g의 리진 히드로클로라이드를 함유하는 수용액이 리진 및/또는 메티오닌의 과립상에 분무되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 제4항에 따른, 리진 히드로클로라이드 농도가 물 100㎖당 100g보다 높을 때 50내지 70℃의 온도에서 유지된 용액이 리진 및/또는 메티오닌의 과립상에 분무되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 출발 과립에 대한 건조한 물질로 표현된, 분무된 리진 히드로클로라이드의 양이 10내지 150% 및 바람직하게 25내지 110%인 양으로, 제4또는 5항에 따른 용액이 리진 및/또는 메티오닌의 과립상에 분무되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제3및 6항에 있어서, 분무된 리진 히드로클로라이드의 중량이 출발 과립에 대해 70내지 100%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한항의 방법으로 부착시킨 리진층으로 매끈하게된 유효성분의 코어를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 유효성분의 과립.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 과립이 유효성분 50내지 90%중량 및 리진 히드로클로라이드의 10%내지 50% 로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 과립.
  10. 제8내지 9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 과립이 0.5 내지 2.5㎜의 입자 크기를 가지는 과립.
  11. 하나이상의 중합체 또는 소수성 물질과 임의로 혼합된 염기 아미노기를 함유하는 공중합체로 제피하기위한, 제8내지 10항중 한항에 따른 과립의 사용.
  12. 비닐피리딘 및 스티렌 및 스테아르산을 기재로한 공중합체 혼합물로 제피하기 위한 제11항에 따른 과립의 사용.
  13. 제피 물질의 중량이 제8내지 10항의 과립에 대해 10내지 30%임을 특징으로 하는 제12항에 따라 얻어진 과립.
  14. 제피층이 20내지 70㎛ 두께인 제11내지 13항에 따라 얻어진 과립.
