제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예인 전기융착계수를 표시한 단면도,
제2도는 제1도 실시예를 이용하여 파이프를 접합할때의 상태를 표시한 도면,
제3도는 제1도 실시예로 이용되는 실드부재의 변형예를 표시한 도면.

Claims (13)

  1. 제1의 합성수지재료로 이루어진 제1의 접합면을 갖는 피접합 부재를 접하는 전기용착게수에 있어서, 제2의 합성수지로재료로 이루어지고 상기 제1및 제2의 합성수지재료는 제1및 제2의 용융온도를 가지며 상기 피접합부재의 상기 제1의 접합면에 따라 제2의 접합면을 갖는 본체와, 상기 본체의 제2의 집합면 또는 그 근방에 축방향으로 연속하도록 형성되고 상기 자성합금체는 상기 제1및 제2의 용융온도와 같거나 그보다 높는 큐리온도를 갖는 자성합금체와, 상기 본체의 콜드존을 형성해야하는 부분의 의표면위에 설치되고 또 상기 본체의 외측에 배치하는 고주파전원에서 상기 자성함금체로의 전자 유도를 차단하는 실드부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기융착계수.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실드부재는 상기 콜드존을 형성해야 할 부분에 배치되는 링형상의 금속실드로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기융착계수.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 용융온도 및 상기 제2의 용융온도는 같은 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기융착계수.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 합성수지재료 및 상기 제2의 합성수지재료는 같은 합성수지재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기융착게수.
  5. 제1의 합성수지재료로 이루어진 제1의 접합면을 갖는 피접합부재를 접합하는 전기융착계수의 집합방법에 있어서, (a)제2의 합성수지재료로 이루어지고 상기 제1및 제2의 합성수지 재료는 제1및 제2의 용융온도를 갖고 자성합금제는 상기 제1및 제2의 용융온도와 갈거나 그보다 높는 큐리온도를 가지며 상기 피접합부재의 상기 제2의 접합면에 따르는 상기 제2의 접합면 또는 그 근방에 축방향으로 연속하도록 형성되는 자성합금제를 포함하는 전기융착계수를 준비하는 단계와, (b)상기 제1의 접합면과 상기 제2의 접합면을 접촉한 상태에서 상기 피접합 부재와 상기 전기융착계수를 고정하는 단계와, (c)전자유도에 의해 콜드존을 형성해야하는 부분이외의 부분의 상기 자성합금제에 고주파 전류를 부여하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기융착계수의 접합방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 단계(c)는 상기 콜드존을 형성해야 하는 부분에 상기 고주파핀류가 부여되는 것을 방지하도록 실드부재를 배치하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 단계(c)는 상기 콜드존을 형성해야하는 부분이외의 부분에 유도 코일을 배치하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합방법.
  8. 제5항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a)에서는 상기 제1의 용융온도와 같은 상기 제2의 용융온도를 갖는 상기 제2의 합성수지재료를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 집합방법.
  9. 제5항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a)에서는 상기 제1의 합성수지재료와 같은 상기 제2의 합성수지재료를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합방법.
  10. 제1의 용융온도를 갖는 제1의 합성수지재료로 이루어지고 또 제1의 접합면을 갖는 띠접합부재를 집합하기 위한 전기융착계수를 제2의 용융온도를 갖는 제2의 합성수지재료로 제조하는 제조방법에 있어서, (a)자성 합금선은 상기 제1및 채2의 용융온도와 같거나 그보다 높은 큐리온도를 갖고 상기 자성합금선은 촘촘히 말린 제1부분 및 느슨하게 말린 제2부분을 포함하여, 심재의 위에 자성합금선을 감는 단계와, (b)상기 제2의 합성수지재료로 상기 자성합금선과 하게 합출성형하여 긴 파이프모양 성형체를 얻을수 있는 단계와, (c)상기 파이프모양 성형체를 축방향으로 소정위치에서 절단하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제2의 합성수지재료의 제조방법.
  11. 제l0항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a)는 (a-1)피집합부재의 제1의 점합면에 따른 제2의 접합면을 갖으며, 제1및 제2의 합성수지재료는 제1및 제2의 용융온도를 갖는 파이프는 상기 제2의 합성수지재료의 의해 압출성형에 따라 연속적으로 형성하는 단계와, (a-2)상기 파이프의 외표면상이에 상기 자성합금선을 감는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 단계(b)에서 상기 제1의 용융온도와 같은 용융온도를 갖는 상기 제2의 합성수지재료를 이용하는 것을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
  13. 제10항 또는 제l1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(b)에서는 상기 제1의 합성수지재료와 같은 상기 제2의 합성수지재료를 이용하는 것을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
