Claims (5)

  1. 보강용 섬유에 열가소성 수지를 함침시킨 로드상 섬유 보강 수지재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 시트상으로 배열된 보강용 섬유에 열가소성 수지를 함침시킨 섬유 보강 열가소성 수지시트를 열가소성 수지를 연화상태로 한 후에, 롤에 만든 홈속에 열가소성 수지에 함침된 보강용 섬유를 소정 가닥씩 장력하에 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드상 섬유 보강 수지재의 연속제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 시트상으로 배열된 보강용 섬유에 열가소성 수지를 함침시킨 섬유 보강 열가소성 수지시트의 섬유 함유율이 60-85중량%, 그 두께는 0.1-0.5mm, 또한 섬유 보강 열가소성 수지시트의 보이드율은 홉수율의 지표로 5% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 로드상 섬유 보강 수지재의 연속 제조 방법.
  3. 보강용 섬유에 열가소성 수지를 함침시킨 로드상 섬유 보강 수지재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서 복수개의 섬유를 풀어내는 섬유조출부와 섬유를 한방향으로 당겨 모아 시트 상으로 하는 수단을 가진 공급부와, 보강용 섬유에 열가소성 수지를 함침하는 함침부와 수지가 함침된 시트상 섬유를 로드상으로 부형하는 부형부와, 로드상 수지재를 빼내는 빼내는 부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드상 섬유 보강 수지재의 연속 제조장치.
  4. 함침부가 복수개인 가열롤의 사이를 S자 모양으로 통과하는 1쌍의 벨트, 벨트를 가열하기 위한 복수개의 가열롤, 하벨트 표면에 용융 열가소성 수지를 도포하는 압출기 및 다이 및 가열롤을 구동하는 구동기구로 구성되며, 또한 부형부가 함침부의 바로뒤에 설치된 홈을 가진 부형롤로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 3기재의 로드상 섬유 보강 수지재의 연속 제조장치.
  5. 보강용 섬유에 열가소성 수지를 함침시킨 로드상 섬유 보강 수지재를 제조하는 장치에 있어서 보강용섬유에 열가소성 수지가 함침된 시트를 풀어내는 풀어내는 부와, 섬유 보강 열가소성 수지시트를 섬유방향으로 일정폭으로 째는 재단부와, 째진 시트를 예열하는 열가소성 수지를 연화상태로 하는 예열부와, 연화한 시트를 로드상으로 부형하는 부형부와, 로드상 섬유 보강 수지재를 빼내는 빼니는 부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드상 섬유 보강 수지재의 연속 제조장치.
