Claims (6)

  1. 무수초산(acetic anhydride)이, 로듐촉매 존재하에서 메틸 아세테이트 및/또는 디메틸에테르 그리고 요오드화메틸의 혼합물과 일산화탄소를 접촉시킴으로서, 제조되어지게되는 생산시스템으로부터 유도되어진 촉매-타르용액으로 부터의 다음 단계들을 포함하는 로듐촉매치(値)들의 회수에 관한 방법.
    1. 요오드화메틸과 수성요오드화수소의 콤비네이션(combination)을 이용하여 그 촉매-타르용액을 추출하고, 다량의 그 로듐촉매치(値)들을 함유하는 그 수성상(aqueous phase) (a)과 소량의 로듐촉매치(植)들만을 지니는 다량의 타르함유 요오드화메틸 상(methyl iodide phase)(b)을 회수하는 단계, 2. 단계 1의 그 요오드화메틸상을 과초산, 과산화수소, 및 오존으로부터 선택된 산화제로 처리하는 단계, 그리고 3. 단계 2의 그 처리된 요오드화메틸상을 수성요오드화수소로 추출해서는 그 처리된 요오드화메틸상에 존재하는 로듐촉매치(値)들을 수성상(aqueous hpase)내에 회수하는 단계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 2의 산화제가 과초산(peracetic acid)인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 2가 0℃에서 43℃의 온도에서 단계1의 요오드화메틸상을 과초산으로 처리하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 무수초산과 초산이 메틸아세테이트 및/또는 디메틸에테르, 요오드화메틸, 메탄올 및/또는 물을 일산화탄소(carbon mono-oxide)와 접촉시킴으로서 제조되게 되는 생산시스템으로부터 그 촉매-타르용액이 유도되어지는 방법.
  5. 무수초산이 로듐촉매 존재하에서 메틸아세테이트 및/또는 디메틸에테르 그리고 요오드화메틸의 혼합물과 일산화탄소를 접촉시킴으로서, 제조되어지게되는 생산시스템으로부터 유도되어진 촉매-타르용액으로부터의 다음 단계들을 포함하는 로듐촉매치(植)들의 회수에 관한 방법.
    1. 요오드화메틸과 수성요오드화수소의 콤비네이션(combination)을 이용하여 그 촉매-타르용액을 추출하고, 다량의 그 로듐촉매치(値)들을 함유하는 그 수성상(aqueous phase) (a)과 소량의 로듐촉매치(植)들만을 지니는 다량의 타르함유 요오드화메틸 상(methyl iodide phase)(b)을 회수하는 단계, 2. 단계 1의 그 요오드화메틸상을 과초산으로 처리하는 단계, 3. 단계 2의 그 처리된 요오드화메틸상을 수성요오드화수소로 추출해서는 그 처리된 요오드화메틸상에 존재하는 로듐촉매치(値)들을 수성상(aqueous hpase)내에 회수하는 단계, 4. 단계 1의 추출시스템에 단계 3의 수성상(aqueous phase)을 공급하는 단계.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 무수초산과 초산이 메틸아세테이트 및/또는 디메틸에테르, 요오드화메틸, 메탄올 및/또는 물을 일산화탄소와 접촉시킴으로서 제조되게 되는 생산시스템으로 부터 그 촉매-타르용액이 유도되어지는 방법.
