[도면의 간단한 설명]
제1도는 2.0IU/kg 인슐린+0.02mg/kg LPG를 용액으로 양에게 비강내 투여한 휘의, 시간에 대한 플라스마 글루코스(m mol/l)의 플롯트이다.
제2도는 동결건조된 분말로서 2.01IU/kg 인슐린+2.5mg/kg SMS 및 0.2mg/kg LPG를 양에겨 투여한 후의, 시간에 대한 플라스마 글루코스(m mol/l)의 플롯트이다.
제3도는 제1도와 동일하나, 플라스마인슐린 량(m U/l)을 나타낸다.
제4도는 제2도와 동일하나, 플라스마 인슐린 량(mU/l)을 나타낸다.

Claims (12)

  1. 약리학적 환성 화합물 및, 흡수 강화제가 하기 일반식(I)의 포스포글리세로리피드인, 횹수 강화제를 포함하는 약물송달 시스템.
    여기서 R1및 R2중의 하나는 수소이며 다른 하나는 알킬, 알케닐, 알킬카보닐, 알케닐카보닐, 알카디에닐카보닐, 알카트리에닐카보닐 및 알카테트라에닐카보닐 그룹으로 구성되어 있는 군으로 부터 선택되며, R'는 2,3-디히드록시-프로필, 또는 생리학적으로 수용가능한 그들 염이다.
  2. 약리학적 환성 화합물 및, 흡수 강화제가 하기 일반식(I)의 포스포글리세로리퍼드인, 흡수 강화제를 포함하는 약물송달 시스템.
    여기서 R1및 R2중의 하나는 수소이며 다른 하나는 알킬, 알케닐, 알킬카보닐, 알케닐카보닐, 알카디에닐카보닐, 알카트리에닐카보닐 및 앝카테트라에닐카보닐 그룹으로 구성되어 있는 군으로 부터 선택되며, R3는 2,3-디히드록시-프로필, 또는 생리학적으로 수용가능한 그들 염이다.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, R1및 R2중 수소가 아닌 것이 알킬카보닐인 약물송달 시스템.

  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 비강내 점각으로의 송달에 적합한 약물송달 시스템.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약리학적 활성 화합물이 인슐린 또는 칼시트닌인 약물송달 시스템.
  10. 약리학적 활성 화합물 및 흡수 강화제를 혼합하는 것을 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제9항중의 어느 한 항에 의한 약물 송탈 시스템의 재조방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 제9항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약물 송달 시스템을 척추동물에 투여하는 것을 포함하는 척추동물의 치료방법.
  12. 약리학적 활성화합물이 인슐린인, 제1항 내지 제9항중의 어느 한 항에 의한 약물 송단 시스템을 인체에 투여하는 것을 포함하는 당뇨병 환자의 치료방법.
