Claims (10)

  1. 제어수단과 그에 응답하여 공급장치와 사용자간에 유체의 흐름을 제어하는 밸브수단을 포함하는 유체제어 시스템에 있어서, 상기 밸브 수단은 밸브시트와, 일차 다이아프램 수단에 의해 지지되어 상기 밸브시트와 결합함으로써 상기 밸브를 통항 흐름을 종료시키는 폐쇄수단을 포함하는 밸브를 구비하며, 상기 밸브시트는 위어의 상단부에 의해 형성되고 상기 폐쇄수단을 상기 일차 다이아프램 수단의 표면내에 형성되고 그 직경을 가로질러 연장됨으로써 상기 일차 다이아프램 수단의 사실상 동일한 표면영역이 상기 위어의 대향측부상에 배치되는 리브를 포함하며, 상기 리브는 상기 밸브시트와 결합함으로써 상기 밸브를 통과하는 유체유동경로를 폐쇄하고, 이차 다이아프램 수단과 상기 일차 다이아프램 수단과 공동작용하여 폐쇄된 억제실을 형성하여 하우징 수단을 구비하며, 상기 실을 통해 연장되어 선택적으로 상기 폐쇄수단을 개방상태와 폐쇄상태간에 이동시키는 액추에이터 수단을 구비하고, 상기 실과 밀봉소통상태로 배치되어 상기 실내로 유입되는 유체의 존재를 검출하고 상기 실내에 누출에 일어났음을 즉각적으로 알이는 누출검출신호를 발생시키는 누출검출기 수단을 포함하며, 상기 제어수단은 상기 누출검출신호에 응답함으로써 상기 액추에이터 수단이 상기 밸브를 폐쇄하고 상기 공급장치에서 상기 사용자로 향하는 유체의 흐름을 종료시킴으로써 실내의 오염물질이 유동유체내로 유입되지 못하게함을 특징으로 하는 유체제어 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 누출검출기 수단은 상기 하우징의 벽내의 개구부를 통해 연장되고 상기 실내의 유체의 존재여부를 광학적으로 검출하는 광학센서임을 특징으로하는 유체제어시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실내에 형성되거나 배치되는 모든 표면은 불활성 플라스틱재료로 피복됨으로써 상기 실내에 실내로 유출되는 유체의 오염을 방지함을 특징으로 하는 유체제어시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일차 다이다프램 수단은 상기 실내에 배치되고 상기 일차 다이아프램 수단에 인접하는 다이아프램 지지부재를 포함하며, 상기 지지부재에는 구멍이 형성됨으로써 유체가 상기 일차 다이아프램 수단을 통과하여 상기 실내로 흐르게 됨을 특징으로 하는 유체제어시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재는 비교적 유연한 제1의 불활성 플라스틱 재료와 비교적 신장불가능한 재료로 된 시트의 각각의 측부에 부착된 비교적 유연한 제2의 불활성 재료로 구성되는 다층구조의 다이아프램 어셈블리이고, 상기 다이아프램 어셈블리는 비교적 단단하지만 상기 일차 다이아프램 수단에 있어서는 유연한 지지부재를 형성함을 특징으로하는 유체제어시스템.
  6. 조건반응 밸브제어수단을 포함하는 비오염유체제어시스템에서 사용되는 전기자동식 밸브수단에 있어서, 상기 밸브수단이 입구, 출구 및 밸브시트를 형성하는 수단과, 상기 밸브시트의 결합하여 상기 입구에서 상기 출구로 상기 밸브수단을 통해 흐르는 유체의 흐름을 종료시키는 폐쇄수단을 형성하는 일차 다이아프램 수단과, 이차 다이아프램 수단과, 상기 일차 및 이차 다이아프램 수단과 공동작용하여 폐쇄된 억제실을 형성하는 하우징수단과, 상기 실내에 배치되고 상기 일차 다이아프램 수단에 인접하며 내부에 구멍이 형성되어 상기 일차 다이아프램 수단을 통과한 유체가 상기 실내로 유동하게되는 다이아프램 지지수단과, 상기 실과 밀봉상태로 배치되어 상기 실내로 유입되는 유체의 존재여부를 검출하고 상기 실내로 누출이 일어났음을 즉각적으로 알리는 데 사용되는 누출검출신호를 발생시키는 누출검출기 수단과, 상기 일차 및 이차 다이아프램 수단에 연결되고 상기 실을 통해 연장됨으로써 상기 폐쇄수단은 개방상태와 폐쇄상태간을 이동하게되며, 상기 누출검출 신호에 응답하고 상기 밸브수단을 폐쇄하여 그를 통과하는 유체의 흐름을 종료시킴으로써 실내의 오염물질이 유동유체내의 유입됨을 방지하는 액추에이터 수단으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 전기작동식 밸브수단.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 밸브는 위어를 포함하며, 상기 폐쇄부재는 상기 일차 다이아프램 수단의 표면내에 형성되고 상기 위어의 표면과 결합함으로써 상기 밸브를 통과하는 유체의 흐름을 차단하는 리브를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전기작동식 밸브수단.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 누출검출수단은 상기 누출검출기 수단은 상기 하우징의 벽내의 개구부를 통해 연장되고 상기 실내의 유체의 존재여부를 광학적으로 검출하는 광학센서임을 특징으로 하는 전기작동식 밸브수단.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 실내에 형성되거나 배치되는 모든 표면은 불활성 플라스틱 재료로 피복됨으로써 상기 실내로 유출되는 유체의 오염을 방지함을 특징으로 하는 전기작동식 밸브수단.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재는 비교적 유연한 제1의 불활성 플라스틱 재료와 비교적 신장불가능한 재료로 된 시트의 각각의 측부에 부착된 비교적 유연한 제2의 불활성 재료로 구성되는 다층구조의 다이아프램 어셈블리이고, 상기 다이아프램 어셈블리는 비교적 단단하지만 상기 일차 다이아프램 수단에 있어서는 유연한 지지부재를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 전기작동식 밸브수단.
